The evaluation system of university in our country is an important part of the whole educational evaluation system,and whether the evaluation of university is fair and reasonable connects the healthy development of higher education,which has a great influences on the improvement of national quality, the promotion of the nation and the development of the society.Since the 1970 s and 1980 s of last century,university evaluation begins to appear in our country,educational workers have made useful exploration on the theoretical basis, evaluation index and operation process of university evaluation,and made great progress,but many evaluation results have been controversial.According to the special situation of our country’s universities,it is imperative to establish a classification evaluation system for different schools.The first part of the paper tries to clarify the relevant concepts of teaching university and introduces the current condition in our country’s university evaluation,which is the analysis of the following articleThe second part of the paper considers the problems existing in the evaluation system of Chinese universities,and try to analyze the reasons.From the evaluation index, evaluation process, evaluation object and evaluation results,the paper expounds the problems existing in the evaluation of university at present.As for the reasons,in the social transition period,market demand for the talent is diversified,and the development goal of universities is different,the talent training objective can not meet the needs of economic society.Especially in the stage of higher education popularization,with many kinds and a large number of universities,traditional single university evaluation has been unable to adapt to the development of higher education,university evaluation lacks the guarantee and regulation of legal system.The third part probes into the specific evaluation model and the implementation method of the teaching universities.Before evaluation,the paper firstly clears the evaluation of the university from the theoretical and legal perspective.In the practical operation level,the paper takes the principle of teaching as a core,with the consideration of scientific research,paying attention to the characteristics of running a school,to clarify the universities,and introduces the evaluation index system of teaching universities,and evaluates universities importantly from Education and teaching school characteristics and school benefits.By establishing independent service agencies,implementing the evaluation of the main certification system,improving legal guarantee,standardizing devaluation process,to ensure the validity and credibility of the evaluation results.
