Study On The Social Benefit Evaluation Of Sports Characteristic Towns Based On AHP-FCE

In recent years,Chinese consumers are paying more and more attention to sports leisure and sports tourism.More tourism,culture and health factors have formed a new situation in the sports industry.Among them,the most prominent industry is the formation of small towns with sports characteristics.The small town with sports characteristics plays an important role in the upgrading of national industry,optimization and supply-side reform,because it is a breakthrough in the development of new-type urbanization and the precise poverty alleviation of sports.Therefore,from the perspective of sociology,the construction of small towns with sports characteristics will promote the economic development of regional cities,improve the living standards of the people,improve the ecological environment,enhance cultural soft power,promote the construction of social system,and set up a foundation.Construction,improvement of public services,social equity,and other aspects of social adaptation.The improvement of the construction efficiency of the small town with sports characteristics plays an important role in the pursuit of the maximization of social interests,promotes the structural reform of supply and demand,and contributes to the sustainable and balanced development of the characteristic industries in the cities and towns.Promoting people's physical health plays an important role.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a scientific and comprehensive social benefit evaluation system for small towns with sports characteristics.Based on the social benefits of small towns with sports characteristics,this study applies Marx's urban and rural development theory,Xi Jinping's new urbanization development theory,and adopts literature method,Delphi method,logical analysis method,mathematical statistics method,and so on.By means of field interview and other methods,this paper probes into the factors that affect the small town with sports characteristics,determines the construction ideas and principles of the social benefit evaluation for the small towns with sports characteristics,and formulates the evaluation index system for the social benefits of the small towns with sports characteristics.They are the economic development of the region,the influence of the people in the region,the influence of the natural environment,the construction of the infrastructure,and the adaptation of the small town to the society.According to the five criteria,25 index layers were selected.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to calculate the weights and comprehensive weights of the indexes at all levels in order to prepare for the next step of calculation.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)is combined with the example of Shengtian Lake sports characteristic town in Monan Town,Yuncheng,Shanxi Province.The feasibility and effectiveness of the index system are verified by the analysis and calculation.And get more reasonable sports characteristic small town social benefit evaluation result.The research results obtained will provide the theoretical basis and method for the use of social benefits of small towns with sports characteristics in our country,and provide the theoretical basis and method for the next research.A complete evaluation system of social benefits of small towns with sports characteristics in China has been formulated,which lays a theoretical foundation for the evaluation of the social benefits of small towns with sports characteristics.The research on the social benefits of small towns with sports characteristics is helpful to understand the mutual relations and relations among the various elements of the development of small towns with sports characteristics at the micro-level.At the macro level,it is of great significance to grasp the cultural inheritance and the effective path selection of the development mode of the small towns with sports characteristics in the province,which is of great significance to the implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation of the 19 th National Congress and the development of small towns with sports characteristics according to the local conditions.
