In 1998, China’s sports population of 31.4%, while the disabled sports population is only 21.9%, the physical fitness of the disabled is far lower than the healthy people. Due to the particularity of the physically handicapped, and external conditions of constraints, so that they in the social weak position, it is difficult to and the perfect person as enjoy the fitness of the superior environment, let them free from the edge of the national fitness, disabled sports is not optimistic.Warm home is the Beijing municipal government for the construction of the community of people with disabilities in the form of service. It is the result of the government’s direct participation in community governance. The government through the Chinese-Canlian-District CDPF CDPF CDPF Street--Community warm home for management. Warm home construction is to make government policies can faster implementation of the disabled, disabled people’s basic living needs are better resolved, let people enjoy the public service to bring them convenient and affordable. At present, Beijing has nearly 1500 warm homes, distributed in the 18 districts and counties of the city.The purpose of this study is to study the status quo of the sports activities of the disabled people’s sports, and to explore the support and help from the warm homes in the participation of the disabled in the sports fitness activities. To warm their homes disabled as the research object, using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and statistical analysis, to analyze and discuss the status of disabled sports activities, draws the following conclusion:warm home sports service system is not perfect, infrastructure construction lagged behind, and the status of the disabled demand does not match the influence on the life of disabled sports fitness is very limited; warm home for the disabled fitness consciousness is strong, but the sports activities within the homes of the content is not abundant enough, the frequency of physical activity is low, the lack of professional guidance personnel, fitness facilities and less scientific and other factors, led to the disabled sports fitness is not high physical fitness, less time; source of funds relying on government investment, social institutions, lack of investment, lead to a shortage of funds, service content is limited; the lack of professional social workers, warm home service quality and the concept of the impact; increase the quantity and quality of a warm home, let more people with disabilities into the warm home to enjoy the special services provided by the government.
