Research purposes: To study the effects of different warm-up methods when swimming athletes in college warm up from warming up in the water to the pre-competition stage,and provide theoretical and practical basis for improving the warm-up method in college swimming training.Research methods: This paper mainly takes 12 college athletes as the object,warming up in four different methods: Wearing ordinary clothes and sitting still(control group,OS),wearing heated clothes and sitting still(HS),wearing ordinary clothes and warming up on land(OW),wearing heated clothes and warming up on land(HW).Finally,test results through the 50-meter freestyle simulation competition.Testing indicators include skin temperature,core temperature,heart rate,RPE,physical characteristics of muscle,etc.Test period: before water warm-up,after water warm-up,before land warm-up,after land warm-up,before competition,after competition,etc.Research result:1.In the pre-competition stage,compared to OS(33.34 ± 1.04),HS(33.88 ±0.75)and HW(34.27 ± 1.17),can increase skin temperature(P<0.05);After the warm-up period,compared to OS(36.69±0.29),OW(35.98 ±0.58)and HW(36.10±0.29),can decrease the core temperature significantly(P<0.05).2.In the pre-competition stage,the heart rate of HW was significantly higher than that in ordinary clothes(P<0.05);the RPE of the other three methods did not show a significant difference(P>0.05)compared with OS in the pre-competition stage,but the RPE of OW was higher than OS.3.After the warm-up period on land,the muscle tension under the warm-up condition of HW and HS are significantly higher than that of OW and OS(P<0.05);In the pre-competition stage,the muscle elasticity of HS and OS showed remarkable differences(P <0.05);After the land warm-up stage,OW and HW have risen muscle stiffness(P <0.05).4.Sorting of starting results under four conditions: HW > HS > OS > OW;Sorting in the 50-meter freestyle under four conditions: HW> OS> OW>HS,OS and HS showed a significant difference(P <0.05).Research conclusions:1.By monitoring all indicators,it can be concluded that heating can increase skin temperature,slow down the heart rate,and increase muscle elasticity.2.The way of warm-up on land will lower the core temperature,increase the muscle tension,and increase muscle stiffness,slow down the recovery of body fatigue.3.After warm-up in the water,the muscle hardness value will drop,and it will return to the initial state for 15 minutes-sitting still after warm-up on land.4.Under the environment and conditions of this experiment,starting results showed roughly the same by using four kinds of warm-up methods.Among them,the HS is the best for 50m-freestyle competition.
