"Rehabilitation sports into the family" project is one of the strategic measures taken by the China disabled persons federation to implement the coordinated development of competitive sports,mass sports and rehabilitation sports during the13 th five-year plan period.In the past two years,the rehabilitation sports program with the main structure of "sending equipment,methods and services" into the family is a new form in the sports practice of the disabled in China.It is the key to ensure the implementation of the project to find out the fitness equipment and effective exercise content and method suitable for the disabled in the family environment.Disabled due to various categories of various degree of disorder of body and mind,make them appear more prominent in the process of exercise demand diversity,complexity,and the individual difference,in order to better promote the development of family sports for the disabled,in this study with the aid of ang Chen "to adapt to the sports training center in Beijing disabled persons' federation" rehabilitation sports into family"project in 2018,the Beijing haidian,miyun,such as ten ChengJiao District,3000 families of disabled persons in household surveys,to understand the basic way of life for the disabled and the present situation of taking part in physical exercise,and what are the requirements to the family sports,studies have shown that:1.In recent years,China has increased the construction of disabled people,but economic factors are still the key to restrict their development.The education and education level of disabled people in Beijing districts and counties are relatively low,and their income is generally low,so they cannot meet their own needs of physical exercise.There are still 34.9% of the samples have no personal economic source.However,there are some regional differences in each district and county.The suburban and exurban areas with no personal economic source account for 37.5% and49.4% of the sample respectively.2.The disabled people in 10 districts of Beijing are mainly physically disabled and mildly disabled,accounting for 74.3% and 73% of the total samples respectively,among which 38.43% are suffering from chronic diseases.Taking relevant drugs to reduce the course of diseases also increases the physical and psychological burden of the disabled.However,they all have a positive and optimistic attitude,a strong desire for family rehabilitation sports,and a strong intention to participate in physical exercise.3.The sleep quality of disabled people is an important indicator affecting their physical health.55.66% of the samples have a good sleep quality,providing enough energy for a day's life and capable of outdoor sports.74.03% of the samples will do outdoor physical exercise,but the way of carrying out the activity is too monotonous and not well targeted.On the contrary,25.97% of the samples do not leave home,which will eliminate their right to do physical exercise,and the concept of doing physical exercise at home is not strong.The disabled have a low cognition of family physical exercise.4.63.69% of the samples have little knowledge of family physical exercise methods,lack basic physical exercise skills and effective exercise methods,and have great limitations.77.5% of the samples need professional community sports instructors to conduct household guidance.When carrying out family physical exercise,13% of the samples did not have sufficient family environment space,and60.9% of the samples did not have appropriate sports fitness equipment,so they could not do proper physical exercise.Due to the regional differences,the proportion of family exercise space with sufficient samples in urban areas is 48%,and that in suburban and exurban areas is 29.8% and 0% respectively.Therefore,there is not enough family exercise space in exurban samples.Moreover,compared with the urban sample,the suburban sample and exurban sample do not have enough fitness equipment,which accounts for 39% of the urban sample.It is also necessary tostrengthen the construction of sports for the disabled,reduce regional differences and safeguard the rights and interests of the disabled.
