| Under the background of the deepening of the population ageing,the disabled elderly population in China presents a trend of rapid growth.The public and the country pay more attention to the special group of disabled elderly,but ignore their caregivers.Under the influence of the deep-rooted concept of family in China,most disabled elderly people still choose home care even though various ways of supporting the aged emerge in an endless stream.In the process of long-term care,caregivers are faced with a series of difficulties,which have a serious impact on their personal and even family life,and bear great care pressure.Therefore,social workers need to pay more attention to the disabled elderly caregivers,and actively use professional knowledge and methods to link resources,provide material and spiritual support,and help them to reduce the pressure of care.This research mainly through to the H village in Henan province pension disability old man that occupy the home caregivers of qualitative research,using the caregiver burden scale to measure the pressure,to develop the interview outline the structured interview,combined with the participatory observation to gather relevant data and information,caregivers to caregivers face in the process of long-term care physical,psychological,economic,and social pressures.These pressures mainly come from being responsible for daily life care and physical health care,day and night care,family tensions,daily consumption and medical expenses,and reduced social and social interactions.The analysis of the needs of caregivers shows that they can get a respite due to the long time of care.The disabled elderly not only need to master some nursing skills,but also need economic assistance to relieve the economic pressure,as well as family care and social interaction to give emotional support.A representative caregiver was selected from the respondents,and through direct conversation and conversation with his/her surrounding acquaintances,the basic personal conditions of caregivers and caregivers were deeply analyzed,and the problems and needs faced by caregivers and caregivers were defined.Under the premise of respecting the client's right to self-determination,the client and the client jointly developed a targeted service plan to intervene the client.The service plan was divided into four stages based on the psycho-social treatment model,social support theory and empowerment theory: In the first stage,information about the client is obtained and professional relationships are established;In the second stage,medical resources are linked and medical skills are taught;In the third stage,the communication between the client and his family was promoted to obtain the support of the family;In stage four,socialize and get peer support.Finally,the changes and gains were communicated with the client,and the case was concluded through consultation on the basis of the achievement of the service goal.After the end of the case,the service effect was evaluated from two aspects of process and result.In order to consolidate the service effect of the case,the client was interviewed and the We Chat video was followed up twice.This study through the study of long-term disability old man to take care of the pressure,and adopts the method of case work practice of the channel was studied for the care of pressure,improve the knowledge and skills of study,the conclusion proves that the social work intervention on disability elderly caregivers to take care of the cathartic effect of stress is not universal applicability,But hope to social work in the relevant aspects of theoretical research and practical exploration has a certain reference significance. |
