Along with integration and transformation with different industries, the rapid development of Internet technology has been promoted the emerging of new business models and blossom of social economy. However, on the basis of traditional Internet, the mobile Internet technology gets closer to the realistic lifestyle of humanity and strengthens the function of information communication. Sports training industry, which is an important part of sports industry, plays an crucial role of national public fitness strategy. Yet the current sports training industry presents a homogenization phenomenon of service and industry-wide low-level service condition. Meanwhile, the results of case analysis shows the trend that some certain sports training institutions have already started to make use of Internet to create own competitive advantage. Some sports training institutions can be better with the using of Internet technology,The internet is influencing different types of sports training institutions with different ways. Firstly,this paper discuss the way of Internet impact on the companies,Secondly,searching the innovative ways of the different types of Physical training institutions,using the analysis of Physical Training Industry Characteristics.The result of this research provided some reference for sports training institutions about taking advantage of Internet thinking mode to find out the way of industrial integration.The object of this study is the sports training industry business under the circumstance influenced by the use of internet model.This paper used document analysis, case study and field study research techniques and the results indicate as the follows:1.The service quality of the entire sports training industry is on a low level. However, under the influence of the Internet, there emerged some forerunners institutions which can be divided by different orders of resource integration into two types: the institutions that possess field resource in advance and the institutions that possess customers resource in advance. The former has to afford higher capitalized cost at first and then by means of marketing approach to obtain customers. The latter uses the platform established by Internet to share their business concept of value, which relies more on the Internet platform itself.2.When comes to the service pattern of those who obtain field resource in advance, at the very beginning of entirely service designing, the blocked information transferring between institutions and core customer group increases the matching difficulty of field, service products and consumer demand.Moreover, obtaining the field resource in advance leads to the increasing of cost, and somehow this choice will affect the accomplishment of function and value designing.3.These sports training institutions which obtain customer groups first use some abstract concept that can meet the psychological needs of customers as value proposition.Institution use the path of value proposition-obtain customer groups-design services-aggregate resources-make things happen to complete the value creation process.Companies can reduce the cost when getting resources, meet the needs of target customers,and improve service value.4.Fans group is the key factor that can be used to help the sports training institutions achieve competitive advantage.Internet platform is the basis of fans group engendering and resource integration.Crossover can meet the need of fans group,and resource integration can reduce the cost.
