| In recent years,E-sports has become a hot topic.With the rapid development of information technology and sports,e-sports industry will become an important part of sports industry in the future.With the support of national policies,the encouragement of the current economic situation and the promotion of public opinion,the mobile phone competition has entered a stage of rapid development.As the core link of e-sports industry chain,E-sports events are directly related to the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.In the process of mobile competition in full swing,there are many problems such as limited television broadcasting,non standard broadcast of platform,withdrawal of sponsors and economic loss,which have caused the development of mobile competition events to be blocked repeatedly.The reason is the lack of mature and stable business model.With the change of business environment,business models have become an important strategic analysis tool for competition and development among industries and enterprises.Scholars have not systematically studied the business mode of mobile competition,and to a certain extent,affect the development of mobile competition.Based on the literature,case analysis,expert interview and logical reasoning,this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the business model theory at home and abroad.According to this study,we need to extract key elements of the business model,including product model,cooperation model,execution model and profit model,for mobile competition events.The business model research provides a theoretical analysis framework.Through the analysis of the commercial model of the representative mobile competition in China,the general problems existing in the existing business model of China’s mobile competition events are summarized and the improvement strategies are put forward.First,the competition position is affected by market changes,which is easy to break away from the original intention of sports competition.Therefore,we must define the core value of matches accurately and optimize the events.Second,the mode of cooperation is limited to the model of industrial chain.It is suggested to form alliances to integrate competition resources,strengthen cooperation with competitive education institutions or schools,train talents,expand cross-border cooperation and explore more cooperation modes.Third,the running experience of the event is insufficient and the competition brand has not been formed.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the operation ability of the competition,learn from the commercial operation experience of the successful sports events,develop the community of fans to establish the community,increase the audience,build the famous brand of the competition,and improve the influence of the competition.Fourth,the source of income of mobile competition is single.We must expand new sources of income to enable the development of mobile competition. |
