The subject of the study was depended on seniors in a teaching university and in a research university, which were majored in accounting profession and automation in Hunan Province. The research was analyzed by three dimensions, which were educational resources, campus activities and personal growth in their learning experience. Based on these studying experience characteristics, the differences in their school experience would be identified. This study was carried out research on the following issues:(1) what the overall experience situation are in the selected sample of senior college students. (2) What the differences are between the selected research universities students and teaching university students in the presence of selected experiences? (3) The reason of the differences? (4) How to improve learning quality of teaching university students.This was an empirical study. Questionnaires were used to analyze the main body of the paper. The first chapter was an introduction, which illustrated origin of research, significance of research of theory and practice, the core concept of the research were described as well as detail review definition of relevant literature. The second chapter expounded the goal and question of research, introducing the research methods, ideas, designed questionnaire survey and the choice of target sample. The third, fourth and fifth chapters showed a comparative study from three parts, which were education resources, campus activities and personal growth. In detail, education resources including infrastructure, level of teaching, and practical teaching; campus activities including courses, relationships between students and teachers and extracurricular activities. The sixth chapter discussed the results of significant differences between the two findings and the universities. Furthermore, the reasons of differentiations of university student learning experience would be analyzed in three factors (society, school, and learners). Finally, four advices were given to improve educational quality of teaching university:(1) to clarify school orientation and emphasize on characteristic devolopment of subjects.(2) To increase investment in educational resources and imporve quality of undergraduate education. (3) To emphasize on undergraduate education, besides, teaching and researching go hand in hand. (4) To strengthen interpersonal relationship and advocate learning initiatively.
