Employment of college students has been a hot issue of social concern, not only in respect of personal development and family well-being, but also about the country's development and social stability. Research on employment of college students can not only help students to spend four years in college scientifically and rationally, and can enhance their employability and prepare for future employment. Universities need to train graduates for society, not only conducive to the development of the school, and will help improve the quality of higher education, but also conducive to national economic development. Previous studies focused on the quality of employment-related learning experience, fewer of them study the mechanism of action, so we cannot fully express the impact learning experience on the quality of employment.Based on the above background, the present study determines the factor that impacts the employment quality of college students which is learning experiences in school through the literature review, and then combines with interviews with experts, to develop questionnaire of college students' learning experience in school. After carrying out the preliminary investigation, completing questionnaires, making large sample survey of economics and management graduates, by building a model, explores the learning experience related with employment quality of university students. Meanwhile, analyzes learning experience of occupational successful, and investigates the experience which affects employment quality and the action mechanism of these experiences by the case study method. And in accordance with the conclusions of the study, as well as the current problems of higher education, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the above study, we discover factors that related to the quality of students employment, in addition to demographic characteristics more is university learning experiences. Personal characteristics factors include love, Parties and training situation; basic capacities factors include computer and English grade; social adaptation factors include career guidance courses, internship experience, entrepreneurial experience and practitioner certificate; learning experience perception also will affect the quality of college student employment. Through case studies we find that the knowledge, skills, personality culturing and experiences related to social adaptation have an impact on the quality of employment. Combined study concluded, we propose suggestions from three levels with students, schools, and society to help students improving employability and learning experiences to optimize perception, and thus prepare for future employment. University students should take advantage of the time to learn knowledge and skills, and at the same time enrich their university life, exercising themselves, enhancing their employability. Universities should have a unique campus culture and educational philosophy, and optimize professional setting to meet the diverse needs of the students. Government and society should increase investment in higher education, promoting educational equity, understanding the group of college students correctly, and provide fair employment positions for college students.
