Research On Legal Literacy Training Of Young Teachers In Universities

The Eighteenth Party Congress forward the idea of promoting the rule of law. The author thinks that, in our country’s legal system education, the legal system education in colleges and universities carrying the mission of the unusual, and young teachers as the main force of university teachers, strengthen the cultivation of their legal literacy, to comprehensively promote the rule of law strategy, improve the ability to govern according to law and building a harmonious society and improve the legal literacy will be very positive and far-reaching influence. This research mainly divided into five parts, tthe first part is the introduction part, the second part clarifies the concept of young teachers in colleges and universities, analyzes their group characteristics and the main content of the legal literacy training and the necessity of legal literacy training of young teachers.The third part is the research on the current situation of legal literacy for young teachers in colleges and universities, the analysis of the negative aspects of problems, such as the young teachers, lack of legal knowledge structure is incomplete to cut the firm belief, lacking the ability to use law, etc. The fourth part is to analyze the legal literacy cultivation in the process of young university teachers existing problems and causes of these problems, including the state legal literacy cultivation not cause enough attention, guidance of teachers is limited, in the form of a single, training result is bad, etc. Part v respectively from the state, society, schools and young teachers themselves four Angle, put forward approaches to legal literacy training of young teachers. Orderly law school with good environment of rule of law in the equally important position, young teachers in colleges and universities only on the legal knowledge to master, on the basis of identification of the legal value, continue to strengthen itself and practice in daily life practice, the relevant provisions of the law to make the country’s education laws the general teachers’and students’consciousness of value measure and effective code of conduct, and be able to brave and resolute struggle against illegal ACTS, to maintain the authority of the law, our country the legal literacy to ultimately achieve the desired height.
