Textbooks are not only the main basis of teachers' teaching,but also the main content of students' learning.In 2016,the concept of core literacy of Chinese students' development and the requirement of setting up knowledge courses of rule of law in primary and secondary schools were put forward.The textbooks of Morality and Life and Ideology and Morality in compulsory education stage were renamed as Morality and Rule of Law.This is the self-renewal and replacement of textbooks under the historical background of promoting socialist modernization and the construction of a country ruled by law.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the six textbooks of Morality and Rule of Law,from the macro and micro perspectives,and taking the specific content of the textbook "Morality and Rule of Law" as the research foundation,this paper analyses the concrete study of the textbook "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school in the cultivation of junior middle school students' legal literacy under the requirement of Integrating Moral Education with moral education.The cultivation logic from general to concrete,theory and practice infiltrate each other,and the cultivation path from individual to individual,collective and national society ultimately achieve the goal of cultivating junior high school students' legal literacy of understanding,respecting and learning law.In addition to defining the training methods and paths of the textbooks for the middle school students' legal literacy,this paper also analyses the cultivation methods of the junior middle school students' legal literacy from the microcosmic point of view of the textbooks.The textbooks take learning activities as the core,real life as the foundation,and teacher-student interaction as the leading factor in the content and logic system.In addition to the detailed and in-depth analysis of the textbooks themselves,the paper also discusses that teachers can change their educational ideas and teaching methods from three dimensions: innovating classroom teaching methods,constructing the practical path of legal literacy,and building the cultural environment of legal literacy in order to realize the training strategies of junior high school students' legal literacy.In order to achieve the improvement of teachers' teaching skills and concepts as well as the cultivation of junior high school students' legal literacy practice path.The research of this subject is based on the study of the core literacy of junior high school students in the content of the textbook "Morality and Rule of Law",which not only provides a reference basis for teachers to cultivate their legal literacy in the new round of curriculum reform,but also promotes the transformation of teachers' educational and teaching concepts and the improvement of teaching methods.
