In recent years, social work because of greater government policy support, in our country won the great development, social work in the minority areas also along with it development, and development to our current "ethnic work" and the ethnic social work "interleaving and overlapping.Ethnic minority areas as a long-term advantage of the region, the need for social work intervention, to solve many problems in micro level, so as to realize the complementary and ethnic work.However, with the development of social work in the minority areas, the research on it is not in depth.Research related to ethnic minority areas of rural social work seems to be less, but the practice of social work in rural minority areas has already started and different practice subjects in minority areas of practice of rural social work mode are not the same,So the minority areas of rural social work practice model analysis is obviously necessary, the for the development of ethnic regions and ethnic social work and social work in rural areas has a important significance.Therefore in the ethnic social work achieved initial development of the localization, and minority areas rural social encounter transformation and trend, and for promoting our country "pluralistic" national pattern of demand and promote to the demands of the social development in ethnic minority areas.This study attempts to based on social system theory, empowerment theory and theory based on, with the help of the literature research method, on-the-spot investigation method and case analysis method to explore in the national and social problems intertwined background, different subjects in minority areas of rural social work practice model.With the help of literature research, three different subjects in the practice of rural social work in different ethnic minority areas are collected,Respectively, Zhongshan University, Hong Kong Polytech University and other colleges and universities in the "Green Village" to carry out the case of rural social work,HunanShimeng government led rural social case work and action aid organization in GuizhouLeishan of rural social work practice,And through the field participatory observation, the collection of the Yunnan University in Kunming, the practice of rural social work,The above cases are carried out by different subjects, but are the practice of rural social work in the minority areas.In accordance with the different activities of the main rural social work practice, this study will be divided into college teachers and students practice type, government led type and social organization type.After a brief comparative analysis of the subject, objective, method and effect of the project and the existing problems, this paper summarizes five research conclusions of the practical model of rural social work in ethnic minority areas:Colleges and universities have professional relative advantages, but lack of practical experience and resources support;Government led model can be widely focused on various types of resources, but easy to fall into the formalization;The mode of operation of social organization is focused on specific areas, but it is easy to lose the initiative;The core issue of the three modes is how to mobilize the active participation of rural social work in the context of rural social changes and the development of related activities and projects, and the problem of the language barrierIn view of the existing problems, this study thinks that the mode of multi agent cooperative cooperation should be formed to promote the development of rural social work in the minority areas.Government is responsible for overall planning and also through the purchase of government and other incentives to lead professional social work agencies to carry out specific work in ethnic rural areas, colleges and universities for government planning to provide advice and basis, and as the third party to evaluate professional social work service effect, feedback to the government and social work agencies.From the point of view of specific measures, need government support for social work in rural minority areas to carry out the policy, improve the minority areas of rural social work personnel development mechanism, the establishment of social work in rural minority areas of funding support mechanisms; also through the purchase of government and funding, policy incentives to promote the creation of local social work agencies, leading professional social work agencies into the minority areas to develop rural social work; professional institutions should pay attention to the special nature of the minorities in practice; colleges and universities should be relying on their own advantages, formed the research of local characteristics, and effect of the service of the agency are evaluated.Summary of view, in fact, due to the rural social work and the development of social work is still relatively slow, the domestic rural social work experience is relatively small. Many of our country’s rural social work is actually in the minority areas, the exploration process of rural social work in minority areas is actually a process of exploring the mode of social work in rural areas of China. Due to the various regions of the actual development of the status quo, the natural condition difference and environmental resources endowment, at the same time, the rural society also in the face of speed change, it is not possible to form a fully applicable to minority areas or is the unity of the national rural social work in rural areas to carry out mode.
