Study On Social Work Intervention Of The Social Integration Of The Elderly In Ethnic Minority Relocation Communities

The rapid development of urbanization has pushed the reform and innovation of urban and rural grassroots governance.Governance of Relocated Communities is an important measure to connect the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the new era.The 13 th session of the National People’s Congress proposed that the next step will be to set up a five-year transition period to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation in follow-up assistance to the relocated people,especially in social integration.In the "Three Districts Sanzhou" ethnic minority area,the original way of life and living habits of residents have changed after the relocation,and the original organizational structure and social network in rural areas have been weakened.Thus,based on the particularity of policies,locations,groups and folk customs,it has become a major realistic problem for the country and society to solve the follow-up development of relocated communities and promote the social integration of residents.To solve this problem,while striving for the support of the state,it is also necessary to give play to the collaborative governance of social forces to serve the masses with professional social work methods and promote the integration of residents.To give full play to the power of social work in ethnic minority areas to promote the follow-up development of relocation,it is necessary to fully consider the uniqueness and difference of ethnic customs and habits,and maintain cultural sensitivity.Through literature research and field investigation,this paper understands the problems and needs of the social inclusion of the elderly in YX community.With Sen’s theory of feasible ability as the perspective,according to the elderly into the common demand that exist in the process of building contains "peer mutual aid,self-realization and community participation in the ability of the listing,and design the corresponding theme activity,to the professional advantages of group work intervention in community elderly problems,promote their practical skills in the elderly,In the process of interacting with the local social and cultural structure,it reflects the methods of ethnic social work and promotes the development of localization of social work.After the group activity,the whole process and results of the activity are evaluated.The group activity goal is generally achieved,but it still needs the continuous intervention of social work to promote the development of Substantive Freedom of the service objects.Finally,this paper carries on the practice reflection to the whole research process of ethnic social work: first,the development of ethnic social work needs to strengthen long-term field observation to promote in-depth understanding;Secondly,we should pay attention to qualitative research to understand the dynamic development of community residents’ social integration.Third,we should pay attention to the maintenance of ethnic relations to ensure sustainable practice.
