The young people, who were born in 1980 s, 1990 s and 2000 s, are suffering enormous pressure from buying a house, entering a famous school and looking for a fine job, along with a burst of divorce, terrible moral evil, serious juvenile delinquency and other practical problems. Adolescent social work is urgent. From the perspective of social work, this paper takes Guangzhou "Youth Zone" project as an example and applies methods of document research, case analysis and questionnaires, in order to analyze and explore the solutions of prevention from juvenile behavior biases and mitigation of adverse impact.According to the survey, the paper selects two high-frequency deviant behavior——Internet addiction and school bullying, which adopt intervening service respectively by professional social work approaches of “Group work” and “Case work”. With the help of K · Lewin’s environmental theory, and the support from ecological theory, resource dependence theory, this paper is able to analyze the reasons for deviant behaviors, set a goal, draw up a project, follow up the whole process of intervention service and evaluate service effectiveness.Juvenile Internet addiction is generally manifested as obsessed with online games, online dating and keen to chat, pull all-nighter in a cybercafe. The internet itself is attractive. This virtual world can not only help people to eliminate fatigue, relax spirit, but also provide unlimited imagination space that people get a sense of identity from. Secondly, the pressure from community, family and school, with inappropriate regulatory mechanism all together will force teenagers to hide into the virtual world. As for the large number of network addicted teenagers, the writer choose the methods of group work. During the group work, several team games are introduced, such as "fishing game", "the old me and the new one", "twinning" and "trust walk". This kind of edutainment helps young people become self-awareness, regain confidence, broaden social circle and enhance mutual trust. At the same time, relying on the resource dependence theory, social workers provide services to family, school and community together, make propaganda for network civilization and promote a positive role of the network from parents, teachers and neighborhoods level in both study and work; at the same time, social workers, ganging up on community resources such as integrated family services centre, street residents’ committee and youth league branches, organize "family-experience theater", "job hunting station" and other activities, to promote community harmony, offer internships and jobs and thus reduce adolescents’ dependence on the network. Interventional work satisfaction survey shows that most participants are satisfied with group activities, which have helped them get away from internet addiction.The phenomenon of bullying occurs within students or between the student and bludgers. It can be a person or a group of people intimidate,violate and threaten others intentionally. That kind of actions affect the society badly and bring fear, depression, weariness, bibulosity, smoking, drug addiction and other side effects to the sufferer, perpetrator and bystander. According to the ecological theory, there are three systems that lead to bullying. One is called individual system, referring to the behavior of people involved. The second one is mesoscopic system, consisting family, school and peer relations that have a direct impact on the event. The last one is macroscopic system which contains those have a indirect impact on the event, such as social values, traditional culture, social institution, economic law and so on. The author is lucky to participate in bullying case work, and thus able to follow up services to be carried out. During the intervention process, the author studies sufferer and perpetrator through personal characteristics, school performance, relationships and appearance, and analyzes aspects of the risk factors of families, schools and individuals, to provide relevant recommendations of parents’ standpoint, parents’ attitude, methods of emotional adjustment and teachers’ approaches. At the same time, joint schools and community to launch the "Campus Bully Zero", "Prevention of Bullying" teachers propaganda lecture, "Say No to Cold Violence" Street Fair, "A Drama of Civilization" and other group activities to let the case subject take a part in. After intervention, the situation of case subject get a good improvement.Based on the aforementioned work, summary and analysis, we could draw these three conclusions. First, the professional social work helps to solve the problem of adolescent behavior deviation. Using case work and group activities can achieve significant results. Especially group games used in the ice-breaking and emotional catharsis, can play a role of resynchronization therapy. Second, community-based, home-school collaboration, build a mode of social work intervention of juvenile behavioral deviation. Compared to others, adolescents need care and support from parents, school,community and society mostly. Third, the "Youth Zone" project is conducive to localization exploration of youth social work. It integrates of local society, polity, economy, cultural background and multi-power resources, which can be a highly effective tackling fortress of adolescent social work. In addition, there is a profound reflection on the study.
