The migrant child deviation behavior refers to the migrant children aged from 6to 11 years who have lived in the city for more than one year following their parents moving from the rural areas to other cities.Because their minds are not yet mature and face unfamiliar living conditions, they are also disadvantaged in schools and families. As a result, deviations such as attack, withdrawal, low self-esteem,and anxiety appear. These problems will affect the development of children's physical and mental health in the process of children's growth. Therefore,it is necessary to help migrant children correct their deviations and establish correct behavior standards. This study collected data through questionnaires and interviews.Through the assessment of the scale and the combination of the interviews, the following problems were found in the cognitive and behavioral biases of migrant children in L City C primary school. The manifestations of deviation perception are:(1)low self-esteem and lack of trust in others;(2)relatively alienated interpersonal circles and excessive self-protection awareness;(3)that conflicts with classmates or friends can be used Rational way to solve;(4)Only pay attention to school grades, but neglect quality development or social networking. The manifestations of deviation behavior are:(1)speechlessness,injuring others' self-esteem;(2)rejection of collective activities, refusal to have physical contact with the opposite sex;(3)random defiance, beating, and unrestrained behavior with dispersal;(4))Resolving conflicts and conflicts with "bestship" or "fist" is more than a matter of action.Based on the above issues, social workers implement group interventions on research subjects and use cognitive behavior theory and energizing theory to study the improvement of group members' perceptions, deviation behaviors, and the ability to master reasonable communication skills.Research conducted six series of group activities to build group field for team members, help them to observe, imitate, identify and acquire the advantages of others after group interaction, and correct wrong communication perceptions as between partners. The contradictions rely on "fist" solutions, and do not cognize such things as playing with children without fathers, and further improve their deviation behavior. After the group's intervention is over, the effectiveness of the group is evaluatedthrough the team process record and the team member satisfaction scale. At the end of the study, the changes in children's behaviors before and after interventions were evaluated from four perspectives: communication cognition, interaction deviation behavior improvement, personal communication behavior acquisition, peer interaction, and parent-child interaction. The results are as follows:(1)Cognitive aspects,From the low self-esteem and self-protection consciousness to a more open self;(2)Communicative behavior changes from out of control to be able to identify their own deviation behavior and self-control;(3)to be able to master reasonable communication skills and from the perspective of their own advantages Consider the position of oneself in the group and actively integrate into the collective activities;(4)The relationship between children with individual parent-child relationship and parents is enhanced. The performance of the comprehensive team members before and after the intervention, this study believes that group work interventions are more effective in improving the behavioral problems of floating children.
