The twelfth "Five-year plan" pointed out that improve the unified, standardized and flexible human resources market, improve the public employment service system between urban and rural areas, promote employment information network across the country,provide quality and efficient employment services for workers.College students’ employment service is to promote an important content of university students’ employment,quality of service relates to whether the college students would be able to obtain employment.College students’ employment services as well as other service industries take will work "customer oriented" as the core, to the needs of the service object as a work of one of the first principle.This paper takes the employment service quality of college students in Shanghai Songjiang University Town as the research object. Based on domestic and international literature review, the five dimensions of the SERVQUAL scale based on customer perceived evaluation service quality of customer perception evaluation index system, and the research on the quality of College Students’ employment service quality is formed by the survey and other links. Based on accessibility and reliability considerations, the research object is selected as the seven school students in Songjiang University Town. In various colleges and universities through the random questionnaire survey to get the initial data on College Students’ employment service quality satisfaction. The influence factors of College Students’ overall satisfaction degree and satisfaction degree were obtained by statistical analysis of the initial data. Through the factor analysis and AHP analysis, the weight of each factor is determined, and the index system is improved as well as the adjustment and modification. Through the paired sample T test, the sample mean and standard deviation and the use of SQ model, the college students’ expectation and perceived employment service quality level of the gap is measured. Based on the above analysis and Research on the status of College Students’ employment service and therelevant research at home and abroad, the main factors that affect the quality of College Students’ employment service are obtained. And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of College Students’ employment service.
