Research On The Construction Of A Collaborative System Of Employment Services For College Students In Liaoning Province

The employment service of college students is the responsibility of the government,universities,enterprises,society and other institutions.It is not only related to the future and destiny of each college student,but also related to social and economic development issues.At the same time,it is also related to the healthy and sustainable development of colleges and universities in China.Therefore,the party and the state attach great importance to the employment service of college students.Liaoning Province is a large province of education which has great achievements in the employment of college students.However,there still exists many problems while achieving achievements.Among them,the most important issue is the collaboration of the subject for employment services.How to organize the subject to form a joint force is the key issue to improve the employment service level of college students.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and discuss the employment service collaboration for college students to improve the current situation of employment services and promote the benign development of colleges.This thesis takes the employment service for college students in Liaoning Province as the research object.Under the guidance of synergy theory,new public service theory,information asymmetry theory and personnel matching theory,this thesis studies the problem of employment service collaboration for college students in Liaoning Province.The research methods used in the thesis include literature research method and questionnaire method.First of all,the thesis comprehensively describes the current situation of employment service for college students in Liaoning Province,including employment status,employment service development process and achievements.Secondly,this thesis conducts a questionnaire survey on the current situation of employment service collaboration among college students from three levels: government,university and enterprise.The problems and causes are analyzed according to the results of the survey.The existing problems mainly include four aspects: the first is that the lack of effective coordination mechanism in government employment service,the second is that the lack of effective employment collaboration service system in university,the third is the lack of participation of enterprises in employment services,the fourth is that the unformed synergy of employment service collaboration for social institutions.The reasons for the above problems mainly include four aspects: the first is the lack of effective employment service collaboration model,the second is the lack of government employment service collaboration,the third is the lack of work intensity for colleges about employment service collaboration,the fourth is the weak consciousness of responsibility on employment services between enterprises and intermediaries.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems and causes,this thesis proposes improved measures including four aspects: the first is to build a model of employment service collaboration for college students,the second is to play the leading role of the government in the employment service for college students,the third is to activate the main function of colleges in the employment service for college students,the fourth is to enhance the participation of social attributes in the employment service for college students,the fifth is to enhance the active employment awareness in the employment service for college students.The fundamental purpose of the research on the employment service collaboration for college students in Liaoning Province is to propose a systematic and operative improved scheme.At the same time,it can also provide reference and guidance for the practice of employment service collaboration,so that it can promote the healthy development of employment service for college students.
