Application Research Of Target Teaching Method In College Table Tennis Elective Course Teaching

With the rapid development of China’s social economy, people on the health of theincreasingly high demand, and as the future builders of the country-the more urgent need fora healthy body. As the country ball table tennis was most college students know and love, butthe University table tennis teaching many unfavorable factors in practical teaching result theeffect is not ideal. If we want to achieve good teaching effect, we must stimulate the students’enthusiasm for table tennis learning, in order to better tap the potential of students, therebyenhancing the effectiveness of teaching. So, facing the problem of university physicaleducation is to improve the physical quality of the students in the limited time available, toenable students to master the basic techniques of table tennis faster, lay the foundation forstudents’ sports technology, to improve the teaching quality of college table tennis electivecourse. Therefore, we envisaged objective teaching method is applied to the University TableTennis teaching.This article uses the literature method, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics,logic analysis, questionnaire investigation, the application of target teaching method arestudied in University table tennis teaching, through the experimental study of two classes ofChangchun College of architecture of table tennis ball course, experimental results show thatthe:One, target teaching method applied to university table tennis teaching, to enablestudents to experience the effort to achieve a goal achievement, compared to traditionalteaching method is more conducive to the students to master the backhand flat serve, forehand,backhand block and other basic technology, effect is obviously superior to the traditionalteaching method.Two, the target teaching method to cultivate college table tennis table tennis skillsformation elective course teaching effect, is better than the traditional teaching method.Prominent features of this teaching method is the guiding ideology of teaching theory withpractice, pay attention to the cultivation of students’ practical ability, stimulate student’sinitiative.Three, application of objective teaching method in college table tennis teaching, canstimulate students’ enthusiasm and interest, inspire students to achieve the teaching goals.Culture than the traditional teaching method is more conducive to student interest in tabletennis.
