In recent years,with the development of educational informationization,micro-course relying on information technology has become a hot spot of educational technology research all over the world.Although there is no national policy directive document requiring the promotion of micro-courses,universities have made extensive attempts to explore new ways to promote education and teaching.The main characteristics of micro-lessons are the use of simple and short videos to carry out teaching in a convenient and flexible way,which has now been favored by the majority of educators.For teachers,micro-lesson teaching,and the use of electronic equipment to prepare lessons,can integrate more teaching content and teaching resources,the use of micro-lesson in class helps to standardize action,but also can reduce the workload of teaching in class,after-class reflection with micro-lesson,can also help teachers save energy and time,and give more attention to students.For students,pre-class micro-lesson preview is helpful to consolidate and strengthen the class,and after-class micro-lesson review can also be used to check omissions and fill vacancies.The characteristics of table tennis micro-classes are based on the characteristics of general micro-classes,which can provide more intuitive guidance for students.Through the text description and video broadcast of the course,the micro-lesson of table tennis can provide repetitive learning opportunities for students,so that students can choose their own shortcomings to supplement them.Students can repeat many times in the learning process to imitate,which has achieved the learning of table tennis skills.Based on this,the text of this paper is as follows.The first chapter is the introduction,which outlines the significance,background,research methods and ideas of this study.The second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.Chapter three is the feasibility analysis of the application of micro-course in Colleges and universities from two aspects of theory and practice.Chapter four is the design of micro-course scheme.Chapter five is the application of the scheme in practice for testing.Chapter six is the suggestion for testing results.In this paper,taking university samples as examples,the theory and practice courses of table tennis course in Colleges and universities are analyzed,the application mode of micro-course in the elective teaching process is discussed,and the existing problems in micro-course teaching are rethought.Empirical research is used to prove that micro-course teaching method is beneficial to improving table tennis skills ofCollege students.It is concluded that micro-course teaching is beneficial to improving students' proficiency in mastering knowledge and skills,micro-course teaching is conducive to paying attention to students' personalized development,micro-course teaching improves students' interest in sports and helps to establish lifelong sports consciousness.In view of its shortcomings,micro-course teaching is helpful to improve students' ability in mastering knowledge Some suggestions,such as integration with traditional curriculum teaching,professional training for teachers involved in micro-course teaching,and establishment of teacher-student interaction model in micro-course teaching,are put forward.
