The Research Of Education Group Work’s Intervention Early Childhood’s Grandparents Upbringing In Urban

Early childhood is a period of transition from "animal person" to "social man",the early childhood education will affect the whole life of the child. With the acceleration of urbanization, the pressure of work and life pace, a younger generation’s parents rearing responsibilities shall be borne by the ancestors.Grandparenting has become the new normal urban family’s child rearing way, the main drawbacks of the existing situation includes: the obsolete concept of grandparents rearing and lack of scientific rearing; grandparents and parents parenting ideas are not unified, easy to cause family conflicts; parents rearing time increases grandparents rearing pressure, affecting the stable operation of grandparenting family system.The research in “science education, happy growth "grandparents parenting education group as an example to analysis, the education group will promote the grandparents rearing ability, and then optimize the ideas and methods of child rearing city grandparenting families. The author based on the urban problems reared in family collection, for its common problems in designing and implementing group work. Through participatory methods to observe the impact on the members of the education group.And using the grandparents rearing subjective evaluation form,group observation records, group feedback form and team family feedback information for the effectiveness evaluation of group. Finally, the group assessment concluded that: using education team work to improve every generation breeding family problems has a positive effect. To a certain extent, education team work gained the grandparents scientific knowledge of breeding, that eased due to inconsistent education concept of family conflicts and also enriched the ancestors of leisure and cultural activities and reduced the pressure on their upbringing.This paper summarizes and reflects on the working methods of the education group and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the group’s services.
