| In one’s life,childhood is the most important period,it is the early stage and the basic period of the socialization of individuals.childhood is in the period from infancy to the teenager,the fostering of children in this peirod has the direct influence on the children’later growth process.Parent-child relationship is the first relationships formed in the children’s life,and is also the most fundamental and most important family relationships.However,at present our country exist the phenomenon of grandparenting,this phenomenon is very common,in this kind of education mode,the grandparents instead of parents should assume the role of,originally from parents emotions cannot be satisfied,in the long term this will inevitably affect the normal development of the parent-child relationship.Therefore,this study adjustment and nurturing family parent-child relationship as the main issues,on the basis of fully collecting data,the current generation of insulation nurturing children’s parent-child relationship may be analyzed the existing problems and reasons,to understand the needs of the service object,use the interactive mode of intervention group work method.This research selects 17 elementary students in Q community who come from grandparenting family,using household parent-child relationship scale,the parent-child relationship to them were measured.Measurement results show that these children have poor parent-child relationship types.Combined with the actual participation in group and to the principle of voluntary,six children who has a bad parent-child relationship type as the service object of the present study.Through interview and further analysis found that the service object parent-child relationship problems mainly for parent-child interaction between low frequency,communication between parents and children,and a lack of understanding between parents and children,parents blindly material meet children’s needs.Reason is that between parents and children get along with time is limited,the lack of communication skills acquisition way and the educational methods are different between grandparents.Therefore,this research according to the service object parent-child relationship problems and cause analysis,planning "we grow up together" project,select group interaction pattern of grandparenting family parent-child relationship adjustment.Based on the problems existing in the group,put six service objects and their parents in the same group.Through "knowledge","communication skills","interaction","parenting" four themes,"wonderful fate","I want to know you",""I want to say to you," I am what I am ","I love you","we are together" six group activities such as the specific intervention.Through the process of evaluation,the results of evaluation and the evaluation of the social workers themselves,understand the interaction pattern of grandparenting family intervention effect of parent-child relationship.The results show that the service object of bad parent-child relationship was improved obviously,team work to obtain a certain effect.Finally,summarize the whole research process and reflection. |
