In this study, the core strength training combined with special man volleyball athletes in Langfang City, the understanding after the training effect of volleyball athletes core strength index and special ability index, to explore the suitable method of core strength training of volleyball players, to understand the effect of the core strength training program for young male volleyball players. In order to volleyball training has targeted for scientific training, monitoring of core strength training to coach according to core strength training in strength training for a reasonable proportion of the adjustment of the training plan, the volleyball players of the core strength training methods to provide theoretical and practical reference. From the between group comparison, the main and non main players in before and after the training of core stability indicators no significant difference, similar level, rather than the main players in the special ability of most of the indicators have improved significantly, the main players only T Mobile score is significantly increased, the overall, the main players special ability is obviously better than that of non main players.
