In a volleyball match,a precise and aggressive serve can allow the team to take absolute initiative in the tactical battle with the opponent,and even serve directly to score,and can achieve accurate blows to the opponent's defensive weakness,suppress defensive counterattack,and seize The game won.The high hitting point and high strength of the jump serve technology can give full play to the offensive advantages of the service link.Therefore,mastering the jump serve technique is a service technique that high-level teams and high-level athletes must master and apply to improve their athletic performance.Different from the general serve technique,the jump serve technique has higher requirements on the athlete's physical fitness,especially the core strength.The core strength training has the general core strength and the special core strength training.The specific core strength training is compared with the general core strength.Strength training is more closely related to special technical features in biomechanics,physiology,and anatomy.Therefore,this paper uses experimental methods and other research methods to study the effect of special core strength training on the effect of college female volleyball players' jump serve.The conclusions are as follows:1.In order to ensure the scientificity of the college women's volleyball jump serve test indicators and the design of core training actions,a "research questionnaire on the impact of special core strength training on women's volleyball players' jump serve" was designed and selected by participating survey experts.Test indicators and specific core training action methods.(1)Core strength level test indicators include:sit-ups,plate support,left and right side bridges,stand with one foot closed with eyes,throw a solid ball inside;(2)special core strength training action methods include:balance Back lunge with single arm pull,Balance pad throwing solid ball,Balance leg small dumbbell deadlift,Balance pad solid ball swivel,Unilateral dumbbell lunge,Balance pad with side flexion,Balance pad Serve and run up with elastic bands.2.(1)Analyze the differences in the core strength test results of the two groups of athletes before the experiment.The P values of the five indicators range from 0.086 to 0.851,indicating that there is no significant difference in the core strengths of thetwo groups of athletes before the experiment.The core strength test results of the last two groups of athletes were analyzed for difference.The P values of the five indicators ranged from 0.035 to 0.048,indicating that there was a significant difference in core strength between the two groups of athletes after the experiment.(3)Core strength tests of the control group before and after the experiment.Results The difference analysis was performed.Only the P value of the indicator "flat support" was less than 0.05,and the P values of the other four indicators were all greater than0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in the core strength of the control group athletes before and after the experiment;(4)The core test results of the post-experimental group were analyzed for differences.The P values of the five indicators ranged from 0.025 to 0.044,indicating that there was a significant difference in the core strength of the athletes before and after the experimental group.3.(1)Perform a difference analysis of the jump serve effect of the two groups of athletes before the experiment.The P value of the four indicators ranges from 0.986 to1.253,indicating that there is no significant difference in the jump serve effect of the two groups of athletes before the experiment.(2)After the experiment,The difference analysis of the jump serve effect of the two groups of athletes was performed.The P values?of the four indicators ranged from 0.035 to 0.044,indicating that there was a significant difference in the jump serve effect of the two groups of athletes after the test.(3)The jump serve effect of the athletes before and after the experiment Difference analysis.The P values of the four indicators range from 0.016 to 0.036,indicating that there are significant differences in the effect of jump serve before and after the experiment in the experimental group;(4)Differential analysis of the effect of jump serve in the control group before and after the experiment.The P values of the four indicators ranged from 0.057 to 0.214,indicating that there was no significant difference in the effect of jump serve between the control group athletes before and after the experiment.4.By comparing the obtained experimental data with different groups of horizontal comparisons and the same group of vertical comparisons,it can be seen that the use of special core strength training action methods has significantlyimproved the core strength of volleyball players compared with general core strength training methods.On the premise that the core strength of the experimental group athletes has improved significantly,the effect of jump serve technology has improved significantly,while on the premise of the control group,there has been no significant improvement in the jump serve effect without the core strength being significantly improved before and after the experiment.Therefore,under the premise of controlling the only independent variable,the experimental results can show that the special core strength training can have a significant positive effect on the women's volleyball players' jump serve effect.5.Under the premise that the specific core strength training has a significant positive effect on college women's volleyball players' jump serve skills,the following suggestions are made for women's volleyball players in colleges and universities:(1)Accelerate the change of thinking,improve the training concept,learn domestic and foreign special core training,Advanced concepts of volleyball training;(2)Increase investment in training infrastructure,improve equipment and equipment according to the requirements of facilities and equipment for core strength training in special physical training;(3)Optimize core strength training courses,and treat core strength as a separate section Add to the training system,make reasonable use of core strength training equipment purchased by universities,and formulate reasonable core strength training content,load and method according to the characteristics of volleyball technical movements;(4)design scientific and reasonable training methods and methods,combined with sports technology Design the characteristics of the movements and the characteristics of the athletes;(5)Strengthen the construction of the coach team,adopt the method of full-time employment or external professional coaches,and improve the post income and bonus distribution policies to improve the coach's sense of responsibility.
