Research purposes:The Chinese women's volleyball team wins by moving speed in the competition.After studying the literature currently consulted,there are few studies related to the physical training of the project,especially the core strength training,compared with other related aspects.It can be seen that the literature on the core strength training of high-level women's sitting volleyball team is still blank.Therefore,while increasing the selection and training of outstanding athletes,we must increase the study of the characteristics of sitting volleyball events,deepen the understanding of the characteristics of sitting volleyball in the form,distance,speed,effect and so on To explore the factors that influence the movement speed of sitting volleyball players,and to develop a scientific and reasonable "core strength training method" to consolidate and develop the mobile advantages of sitting volleyball events in China.Research methods: this paper uses literature method,test method,expert interview method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method,contrast analysis method and so on,takes 10 high-level female sitting volleyball players in china as subjects,and carries out core strength index and moving speed index test for them.Results :1.In 12 weeks of core strength training,these basic core strength related indicators have improved,including 60 s sit-ups,60 s push-ups,throwing badminton,throwing medicine ball back,throwing medicine ball before throwing,throwing medicine ball left and right.The moving speed includes:3m shift before and after the net,2m move before and after the net,meter word move,4*6m move before and after,left and right(P <0.05),of which 60 s sit-ups,push-ups 60 s,left throwing of medicine ball(3KG)are obviously different(P <0.01),which indicates that effective core strength intervention training for athletes is effective.When 6 weeks core strength After the quantity training,the athletes were tested,the test results were not ideal,the following experiment tried to extend the training time for 6 weeks,by improving the training movement of the core area in sagittal axis and coronal axis and horizontal plane,and the results of the experiment and post-test were significantly different after paired sample t test(P <0.05).Among them,60 s sit-ups,60 s push-ups,right throwing of medicine ball,about 4*6m movement(P <0.01),the most obvious effect.2.Correlation coefficient F =-0.008,significant difference coefficient P =0.98>0.05,correlation coefficient F =-0.85 significant difference coefficient P =0.816>0.05,correlation coefficient F =0318,significant difference coefficient P =0.371>0.05,correlation coefficient F =0.174,significant difference coefficient P =0.6310.0> The correlation coefficient f =-.309 and the significant difference coefficient p =0.385>0.05 between body weight and speed is low positive correlation,indicating that the ratio of height to body weight is negative correlation with moving speed of 4*6m.3.Athletes with one leg amputations(low)are faster;athletes with one leg amputations(high)are slower;the speed of movement varies in athletes with poliomyelitis sequelae and uneven muscle development in the lower extremities Conclusions :1.After 12 weeks of core strength intervention training,the main function of core strength training for athletes is to stabilize the spine and pelvis of athletes,maintain correct body posture,improve body control and balance,improve the energy output from the core to the limbs and other muscle groups during exercise,prevent injury in the movement and recovery after injury,thus contributing to the improvement of sports performance.2.the degree of intervention adaptation of athletes to core strength training is different.The core strength training can effectively improve the muscle strength of the small muscle group in the core of athletes.By improving the core strength of athletes,athletes can master sports skills more quickly in training,so that they can better use it in the competition.3.This core strength training method helps to increase the core competence of athletes,and the increase of core competence helps to increase the movement speed of athletes,and then it is concluded that the core strength training method helps to improve the movement speed of athletes,thus improving the performance of athletes.4.Members of our country move fast because they move fast and relatively small.The rapid movement of frequency compensates for the small movement caused by the lack of height.5.Core strength training is an important part in the development of physical training methods and means,and coordinate with other physical training methods to jointly promote the improvement of athletes' strength,balance and stability,and then promote the improvement of other competitive abilities of athletes.
