Current core strength training experts at home and abroad, has attractedextensive attention of scholars, especially in China’s high level athletes of the specialquality training has got certain application. This study according to movingcharacteristics of the core strength training theory is introduced to juvenile volleyballmovement among the special strength training, the purpose is to maximize thedevelopment of volleyball players core region related muscle group power level, thuswith the most direct and efficient training methods for enhancing the volleyballplayers sports level. The study fills the core strength training in juvenile volleyballmovement in the specific application of blank, enrich the volleyball special strengthtraining methods and means.Methods:This study comprehensive mathematical statistics, analysis and other methods.Research results:1, core strength training theory to volleyball players strength training is feasible,core strength to improve the volleyball players specialized skills, aloft ability, aloftbalance control ability strong strength quality role: to raise the level of core strengthof upper limb collaborative work volleyball players have created favorable conditionsfor improving athletes, transmission of nerve-muscles ability (control) and maintainathletes in the movement of body posture, coordination, sensitivity, etc have strongereffectiveness.2, volleyball conventional strength training for athletes back and belly strength hasremarkable effect (P <0.05), but for athletes balance control ability, core strength andstability criterion effect is not obvious (P>0.05).3, core strength training under the guidance of the volleyball training, before and afterworkouts athletes core strength and stability and balance control ability, back andbelly strength and athletes professional technical indexes in various matching T test (P<0.05), there exist significant differences. This shows that the core strength trainingunder the guidance of volleyball training on the athlete ability effect is very obvious. 4, core strength training and general training for independent sample t-test, backmuscle and abdominal muscle no obvious difference (P>0.05, explain two methodswere able to improve the volleyball players back muscle and abdominal musclestrength. But the core strength and core stability, balance and control ability andspecial quality with significant difference (P <0.05).5, experimental results show that the volleyball core strength training in stability,physical control ability of good conventional strength training.6, core strength training can compensate for conventional strength training to balanceability, physical control training lacking the drawbacks.
