Successful Teaching Method In College Volleyball Option Class Teaching Using Theexperiment Research

Volleyball option class is an important part of public physical education teaching in university,not only undertake the obligation to teach students the volleyball skills, but also to shoulder thephysical health of students,the responsibility of cultivating students’ consciousness of lifetime sports,therefore,to improve the teaching quality of volleyball option class for students to master volleyball skills,improve physical health,the physical exercise habit etc have important theoretical and practical significance.This article attempts to cut into the Angle of the change of teaching methods and introducing successful teaching method into the teaching of volleyball in higher education,with the successful teaching education concept as the instruction,the design of successful education teaching plan,through the experiment in the form of a review of successful teaching method apply effect,in order to improve the university teaching quality of volleyball option class to provide important reference.Taking changchun university grade 2014 two volleyball option class teaching classes,68 students as experimental object,then two classes of respectively named experimental classes(32)and that in comparative classes(36),the experimental class in the teaching process,the successful approach that in comparative classes,using the traditional sports teaching method,through 16 weeks of experiment teaching, respectively before and after the experiment to test the students’ physical health,physical education learning interest,sports skills,using the multivariate analysis of variance to test of the experimental group and control group before and after physical health,physical education learning interest,sports skill test scores.Results: after 16 weeks of the experimental teaching thought,successful teaching compared with traditional teaching method for improving the volleyball sports option class students physical health,physical education learning interest,sports skill has a significant role in promoting; In the physical health of students show the vital capacity, pull-ups,standing long jump,and 50 m scores improved obviously; In terms of the students’ interest in physical education learning for the students’ interest in physical education learning positivity and negativity,skills,learning interest,hobbies and sports promotion; In terms of sports skill students acquisition for students to serve and smash movement skills received a significant boost.Suggestion: in the design of teaching can increase the content of activities related to the endurance of volleyball,for example,will reduce the net condition,on the net \ "mat-biography- buckle\" the practice of design,which can effectively improve the proportion of aerobic capacity in classroom teaching; Can use the students’ interest in learning, volleyball teaching content to expand or to a higher level of ascension,to make students learn more about the relevant Chinese abstract in volleyball...
