| The National Guidelines for the Teaching of Physical Education Courses in General Colleges and Universities points out that physical education in general colleges and universities is an educational process that combines physical activity with physical activity and promotes the harmonious development of body and mind,ideological and moral education,cultural and scientific education,life and sports skills education,and is an important way to implement quality education and cultivate all-round talents.According to the requirements of the Outline,physical education teaching methods should pay attention to individualization and diversification,advocate multilateral mutual assistance activities between teachers and students,and strive to improve students’enthusiasm for participating in sports,and maximize students’ creativity.Teachers should not only pay attention to the research of teaching methods,but also strengthen the guidance of students’learning methods and practice methods,and improve students’ self-study,self-practice and other abilities.Basketball course is an important part of college public physical education.In the optional course of College basketball,choosing appropriate teaching methods is conducive to promoting students’ interest in sports learning and improving the teaching effect of College Basketball Optional course.This research takes the accounting students of Hankou Vocational College in 2017 as the research object.By using the methods of documentation,psychological measurement,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,expert interviews and experimental methods,it carries out teaching experiments in Hankou College,aiming at providing theoretical reference for the reform of physical education teaching methods in Colleges and universities,enriching the teaching methods of basketball optional courses in Colleges and universities.Law.This study draws the following conclusions:1.In terms of physical fitness,there is no significant change in the physical fitness of the two groups before and after the experiment.In the inter-group test after the experiment,there is no significant difference in the physical fitness between the experimental group and the control group.2.From the basketball technical point of view,before and after the experiment,there is no significant difference in the basketball performance of the control group,but there are significant differences in the number of free throws,free throw scores,free throw scores,layup scores and layup scores of the other students;the basketball skills of the experimental group students have significantly improved;in the inter-group test after the experiment,the number of free throws and free throw scores of the experimental group girls are evaluated by the number of free throws and free throw scores.There were significant differences in basketball and layup evaluation.There was no significant difference in basketball skills between the two groups.3.From the point of view of students’interest in sports learning,there is no significant difference before and after the experiment between the control group and the control group.Successful teaching method has a significant role in promoting students’ interest in sports learning in Basketball Optional courses,and has significant difference in the indicators of students’ enthusiasm,negativity,skill learning and hobbies before the experiment.In the inter-group test,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the indicators of College Students’ interest in sports learning,such as enthusiasm,negativity,skill learning,hobbies and sports attention. |
