The Research About Men’s Speed Skating Specially Land Assist Training Condition From Ji Lin Province

The Speed Skating as one of the national winter games sports program, it’s competitive level determines a country’s overall development level of the winter athletics sport. As people’s training theory and practice of the speed skating sport is being deepened constantly. The high overall althletics level also is required for speed skating athlete. Single ice athletic training methods have been unable to satify the speed skating athletes for higher competitive level of the pursuit, the role of the speed skating special technical training method in speed skating training is becoming more evident. Current advanced training very seriously speed skating training aid for athletes, but this is a lack in our country. Exploration and Research on Speed Skaters land auxiliary training theories and methods, looking for the best training methods to ensure that the land is the speed skating assist scientific and systematic training is our current problem to be solved, the purpose of this thesis is to study.In this paper, literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of Jilin men’s speed skating special land-assisted training of the current situation analysis, to understand the current situation of Jilin Men’s speed skating special land aid training, and identify problems and factors exist, develop appropriate decisions to resolve these issues in order to better improve the level of training athletes.By studying the following conclusions:(1) Men’s Speed Skating in Jilin Province Special onshore aid training coach has some limitations in terms of the overall quality of the athletes involved in highly motivated; the content and timing of the training more reasonable arrangement; management system can not meet the actual needs, lack of funding, the type of equipment not rich.(2) the impact of special land Jilin Men’s Speed Skating aid training factors: Coach comprehensive quality management system, funding and space equipment.(3) improve the speed skating men’s Jilin special land training methods are: to improve the quality of coaches, strengthen management functions, increase investment funds to ensure the normal use of the training venues.
