The Study Of The Functions Of Scientific Research In Universities On The Talents Cultivation

In the course of its development, academic research has become more and more important. However, the education meaning is the key point of the difference between academic research and search institutes. Academic research and teaching are interdependent and mutual promotion at the same time.Academic research can not deviate from the value of education. Through studying the combination of teaching and academic research, this thesis tries to give a further research on the relationship between academic research and talents cultivation.This article uses literature analysis, comparative analysis and investigation analysis. By clarifying the conceptual models of academic researches’role in talents cultivation, this thesis finds the current situation about academic research and teaching in talents cultivation. Based on means of convenience samplings, a questionnaire has been designed to interview students (both undergraduates and post graduates), teachers and administrators. According to the effective data, many problems may be found. Then tries to analyze the reasons behind these problems and provides solutions and suggestions to them.Talents cultivation is the major objective for colleges and universities developing, and it becomes a hot topic in the academic circle. To exist and develop with each other’s assistance, academic research and teaching should be as a whole.With discussing the role academic research plays in talents cultivation, this thesis devotes to find an organic bond and an interactive development between teaching and academic research.
