A Study On The Growth Law And Cultivation Path Of High-level Scientific And Technological Talents In Guangxi

The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region belongs to the western part of China,and the level of economic development is in the middle and lower level in the whole country.As Comrade Deng Xiaoping said,science and technology is the first productive force."The government of Guangxi will want to change the situation of poverty and backwardness,and start with the cultivation of high-level scientific and technological personnel,and give full play to the role of talent as the first resource and implement the strategy of talent-strengthening." The article analyses the growth of high-level science and technology talents in Guangxi,and helps to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the high-level science and technology personnel training in Guangxi,and provides the intellectual support and the talent support for accelerating the economic and social development of Guangxi.This paper takes Guangxi high-level scientific and technological talents as the research object,uses the form of literature investigation and questionnaire survey,through analysis,summarizes,discusses the growth characteristics and regularity of Guangxi high-level scientific and technological talents,and finds out the problems existing in the process of cultivating high-level scientific and technological talents in Guangxi.According to its characteristics,regularity and existing problems,starting from the growth of colleges and universities,the government,enterprises and institutions and individuals,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating high-level scientific and technological talents in Guangxi.There are eight chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background and significance,the main research content,the research method and the route,the innovation and so on;the second chapter is about the high-level scientific and technological talent research summary,mainly includes the domestic and foreign research summary and the existing problem;the third chapter introduces the related theory and the sample data source involved in this paper.The fourth chapter analyzes the individual attribute characteristics of high-level scientific and technological talents in Guangxi,which mainly include the basic structure of talents,educational experience,work experience and so on;the fifth chapter,based on the questionnaire survey of high-level scientific and technological talents in Guangxi,obtains the internal and external factors and existing problems of the growth of high-level scientific and technological talents in Guangxi;the sixth chapter discusses the growth characteristics and regularity of high-level scientific and technological talents in Guangxi.The seventh chapter gives the countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate high-level scientific and technological talents in Guangxi,and the eighth chapter summarizes the research content of this paper,expounds the limitations of the study and the prospect of the future.
