Competitive Aerobics with a flexible, coordinate-based, strength, power as the core, to ensure the endurance of the difficult and beautiful sports skills class. Players show their ability to perform continuous complex and high intensity action within a specified period of time. It requires athletes in the three-dimensional space alternately difficult dynamic and static nature of the action, high frequency, dramatically complex combination of actions, to complete a variety of smooth lift, support, cooperation and other activities. This addition requires athletes with good movement technology, but also requires athletes with good physique.This study tried to explore the use of rope skipping training content intervene Athletic Aerobics fitness training for athletes special fitness test conducted impact analysis, and test the effect of the use in the trial, the introduction of rope skipping training to other manifestations of Universities Effects of specific Fitness of difficulty and beauty of sports skills class, lay a foundation.In this paper, using literature data, questionnaire, expert interviews, comparative analysis, experiment, mathematical statistics and other methods, the use of rope skipping training on Competitive Aerobic Athletes fitness training intervention experiment, from athletes cardiorespiratory function, lower limb explosive power, the ability to control the body and the Competitive Aerobics special skills testing and other aspects of testing, Competitive Aerobics Players’ specialized Physiques influence experimental control effect was analyzed, the results showed that:Effect (1) rope skipping training content involvement Competitive Aerobics Athletes special fitness training, a former member of mind aspect of lung function, lower limb explosive power and body control ability has increased compared with the experiment after experiment.(2) for the Competitive Aerobics characteristics of the project, design targeted rope skipping training content, and the use of unequal posttest control group experimental design experimental program, the empirical content of rope skipping training intervention of Competitive Aerobic Athletes special body improve the quality of significant results.(3) intervention rope skipping training content after the completion of the Special Sports Technology Competitive Aerobics Athletes tested on consistency and difficulty of movement to complete the action of the experimental group consistency better than the control group action, the difficulty of the action is completed more relaxed pace of the foot to move more smoothly, lower limb springing better. Description rope skipping training helps to enhance the special physical fitness of athletes.According to the conclusions made two suggestions:(1) This study is not perfect, due to the limited experimental conditions, only to take the relevant indicators Competitive Aerobics athletes’ physical fitness, only tested Competitive Aerobics Athletes peacetime training of several commonly used actions, not studied athletes physiological indices; I hope the majority of scholars capable of subsequent experimental study of Competitive Aerobics training methods to explore deeper study.(2) This study conducted a short period of 16 weeks, but for fitness training college calisthenics athlete should be a persistent job should be run through the entire team in the process of growing. High Level College Athletes heavy burden of study, limited training time, and how to ensure that their special physical fitness can not fall too fast; how to use training methods combining traditional and modern, to be effective, interesting, targeted science the fitness training methods, to stimulate interest in training high level athletes. Researchers hope that this aspect can have a more lasting for these studies.
