With the vigorous development of personalized online learning, mobile learning becoming more and more popular as the resource integration of traditional classroom and modern learning has been accepted and generalized by the public. Micro-course which mainly consists of a video within 10 minutes, assisted by micro-task, micro exercises and other elements, is born at the proper conditions and attract more and more attention as a new digital learning resources. It affects the education field in many aspects. Under the advantage of its short, small, elaborate and thrilling, the traditional mode of classroom education is hopefully to make a breakthrough and improvement from the learning method, learning theory and learning effect.Today’s elementary school mathematics learning is not only about calculating, but also mathematical literacy training. The combination of mathematics and information technology has drawn great attention. The "micro-era" products like Micro-course and Wechat bring revolution and innovation to the method of primary school mathematics learning. However, how to design the micro-course and how to apply it to the education is a difficult problem. Thus, the author did detailed research on this problem based on Wechat.The author analyzed advanced literature and success stories from domestic and overseas, starting with the student analysis and characteristic of mathematics course, guided by the Learning Pyramid theory and Proximal Development Zone theory. In terms of learning object, learning time and learning method, the author designed questionnaires and contrast experiment to put forward appropriate and effective designing scheme and case, with "multiple" series of knowledge from elementary school mathematics as an example. The series of micro-course were also transmitted to students by means of Wechat public platform to study the effect of after-class micro-course. The last part has made a conclusion, analyzing the shortcoming of this study and making expectations.Finally, this research found that the animation type micro-course within 10 minutes won warm praise from the pupils and after-class micro-course can play a role in promoting the pupils’learning effect and exercises correct rate to some extent. At the meantime, it can also help improve the cognitive level of students to encourage students to take the initiative to learn. In addition, this research also found some positive impact on children’s learning ability, interest in learning and comprehensive quality.
