This research thought teacher’s professional development is an individual from passive to active to group process of common development. For the number of class managers is biger, the average age is younger, team management must through effective evaluation to promote the development of community. This research introduced "ecological orientation" to consider the evaluation to class managers, to point out deficiencies and put forward the optimization countermeasures based on the evaluation researchs of the class managers, and the previous researchs haven’t considered "cooperation" culture construction.Optimization strategies have the following points:To build "a level of evaluation standard", interactive feedback, the evaluation of different points, more evaluators. In order to improve the current evaluation way and method to meet the various levels, different styles of the class managers in charge of development needs. The above optimization strategy practice in D primary school moral education management. This study also analyzes the "build optimization evaluation of school support system" for the development of the construction, cooperation, the important role of the class managers in charge of evaluation. Because of the implementation optimization evaluation of "ecological orientation" affected by campus culture,The practice still need to be in the process of trial and error,control of dynamic balance. So the results of this study can only in case, complete the construction of evaluation scheme still need further research.
