managers in Hefei Vocational College of economics and technology as the research object,discusses the general principles of performance appraisal,and in the analysis,analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of middle-level managers.This paper analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of middle-level managers in the school,and points out the existing problems and the causes by using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey.We discussed the design of the evaluation index,the determination of the index weight and the construction of the evaluation system in the way of questionnaire.Hefei Vocational College of economics and technology is invested by private enterprises,but it is also engaged in the teaching management of vocational education.How to keep pace with the times,cultivate and cultivate a middle-level management team who loves the post and is professional and skilled in business,so as to promote the comprehensive development and improvement of the connotation of Higher Vocational Education in the College of economics and technology has become the sponsor and senior manager of Hefei Vocational Economic and technological vocational college.The introduction of the concept of performance appraisal into the management of higher vocational education is of great significance to improve the management level of middle-level managers and the connotation construction of vocational education.Although the research in this paper has achieved preliminary results,it still has a long way to go because of the reform of enterprise management mode in educational units.On the basis of reading a lot of literature and materials,I will take the previous research as the cornerstone of learning,and try to further research from the following two aspects:(1)selection of key performance indicators and quantification of indicators in performance appraisal of middle managers;(2)strive to build a performance appraisal model that is suitable for the actual work of colleges and universities.
