Objectives:Currently in the world, performance training in the field of physical training is becoming a hot topic. Researchers and coaches pay more and more attention in it in the competitive sports of china. However, there are few studies in performance training methods for female weightlifting. Female weightlifting is a traditional advanced sport in China. But because of the particularity of weightlifting, it is hart to keep the athlete out of injury. This has seriously affected the sustainable development of the Chinese female weightlifting. Therefore, in preparation for the Rio Olympic Games, our team actively involved in training for the Chinese female weightlifting team. We hope that this will do Sports Injury Prevention and Control, to improve athletic performance plays a helpful role, and also for the majority of coaches and physical training workers can learn from this training ideas and methods.Methods:This paper summarizes the core strength training methods for Chinese female weightlifting who preparing for the Rio Olympic Games. In this paper, the treatment of relevant principles and characteristics also were analyzed. In this paper, 14 athletes have varying degrees of injuries who preparing for the Rio Olympic Games. This study allows these athletes to participate in core strength training, then contrast body movement function and rehabilitation level before and after training. We use FMS,SFMA, Y-Balance results of this three tests and athletic performance.Results:(1)The lesion of Chinese female weightlifters mainly in the knee, waist and shoulders.(2)The core strength training is mainly focused on the correction and training for pelvis and lumbosacral. These exercises include stability training, strength training and power training.(3)Implementation of core strength training program on women’s weightlifting national team athletes FMS overall significant improvement, little effect on SFMA test scores, through the core strength training athlete improves the dynamic stability of the limbs, and also improved the dynamic stability of the differences of left andright side upper limb, the right and left side become more symmetrical. The athletes who have low back pain improved more effect on dynamic stability of upper limbs.Research summary:(1)There is a high incidence of sports injuries in the National female weightlifter. Chinese women’s weightlifting athletes injury rate was 86.96%.(2)We should carry out the program of core strength training based on the results of test. We also need to emphasizing the core of the dominant limb and nerve-muscle control.(3)The effect of motor function is high through core strength training, but low on the injury recovery.
