Research objectives:Functional movement screen(functional movement screen, FMS) through the discovery of human basic operation mode and exclude disorders or defects, make a series of mistakes problem is reduced to corrective action plan training. FMS due to low costs, saving time, high reliability and validity, are widely used, but there is a big controversy in different sports project its effects, especially in the study reported that high-level athletes is still rare. Rehabilitation is an effective means of physical training in recent years, the gradual rise in the traditional training programs in prevention and treatment of injuries.Therefore,this article intends to introduce high-level women’s volleyball team in training mode FMS testing and evaluation,combined with Gray Cook,et al.陈方灿method,coupled with the practice of the author in the first-line sports team for 18years,experienced women’s volleyball Shanghai wired 1998-2001 five consecutive years,2006-2012 Chinese women’s volleyball Beijing,preparing for the London Olympic Games,combining the characteristics of the women’s volleyball program of rehabilitation and physical training methods to extract improved physical rehabilitation interventions to develop a suitable women’s volleyball players in order to establish compliance with the characteristics of high-level women’s volleyball athlete project basic function evaluation method,predict injuries,achieve early prevention;intervention training program guidance through improved physical fitness training,problem solving women’s volleyball athlete injury prevention,ensuring normal athlete’s training and competition to improve players’physical fitness and special skills,thereby enhancing Overall team athletic performance.Study I: Experimental study of FMS assessment and rehabilitation of physical training to local women’s volleyball player movement prediction and prevention of injuries and improve athletic performance.Subjects: 2011 Select Shanghai women’s volleyball Group A, B, and a total of 54 athletes Fudan University women’s volleyball team.Research Methods: FMS assessment to 14 are divided into standard, less than14 minutes and incorporated into the high-risk group damage GRI, namely 29 cases;higher than 14 points(including 14 points) incorporated into the low-risk group damage LRI, namely 25 case, and then the high-risk group by location injury were randomly divided into a training intervention group(GRI-T1, n = 15) and conventional control group(GRI-C1, n = 14), low-risk group were randomly divided into injury training intervention group( LRI-T2, n = 13) and conventional control group(LRI-C2, n = 12), all 54 athletes underwent six weeks of volleyball strength training, use of improved physical rehabilitation training program for GRI-T1 and LRI-T2 daily training activities and individual treatment courses ready to intervene,GRI-C1 and LRI-C2 is still the traditional training model, without any intervention.Before and after six weeks of intensive training, from FMS score, acute injury rates,chronic knee injury VAS pain and swelling, leg strength basis, specific fitness level and technical level in terms of improving the effectiveness of the rehabilitation program of physical training test, while observing compare GRI-C1 and acute injury rate LRI-C2 difference.The results: 1) functional movement screen(FMS) score 14 points in the grading criteria to predict the local provincial women’s volleyball athlete population to bear the risk of acute injury when a six-week high intensity training, but there are some errors; women’s volleyball team made functional movement screening improvements The test methods.2) Modified rehabilitation fitness training program can improve FMS score, reducing high levels of acute injury rate risk group.3) Local women’s volleyball athlete population in the state of high intensity training, improved rehabilitation fitness training program can effectively relieve chronic knee injury and reduce swelling pain.4) Modified rehabilitation fitness training program can improve the physical condition of the local women’s volleyball player and special technical and tactical.Study II: Rehabilitation physical training intervention on prevention of sports injuries and improve athletic performance experimental study Chinese Women Volleyball Players.Women’s volleyball team at the local provincial research and intervention, based on the improvement of physical rehabilitation training scheme to Chinese women’s volleyball team, preparing to protect the Olympic Games.Subjects: Chinese women’s volleyball team selection camp in 2012 selected the 15 athletes for the study.Methods: 15 women’s volleyball players by position were randomized to the intervention group T3(n = 8) and control group C3(n = 7), select the first six weeks of winter training, increase physical training intervention on improving rehabilitation training program in the intervention group does not affect the normal training rhythm athletes; control group, according to the team C3 traditional training mode routine training; Winter six weeks ago after completing a training mission, six weeks before the statistical analysis T3, C3 FMS score in both groups, the incidence of acute injuries, physical and special technical and tactical.The results: 1) Rehabilitation of physical training program significantly improved high-level women’s volleyball athletes FMS score.2) Physical training program within six weeks of rehabilitation can reduce acute injury rate high level athletes.3) Rehabilitation of physical training high-level training programs to improve women’s volleyball athlete’s physical and technical and tactical.4) Personalized fitness training methods of rehabilitation Chinese women’s volleyball spiker Wang ++ implementation of major injuries effectively protect its involvement with the Olympic Games.Conclusion: Functional movement screento predict the risk of acute injury female volleyball athletes, but there are some limitations. Rehabilitation physical training program designed by effectively reducing the risk of various injuries, acute motor sport different levels of women’s volleyball athlete injury incidence and improve the basic and special physical and technical and tactical.The main innovations: The main innovation of this paper is as follows:1) The action functional test successfully applied to sports injury risk assessment outstanding women’s volleyball players, and make improvements based on the assessment results and the women’s volleyball athletes’ characteristics of the project;2) According to the rehabilitation of the physical characteristics of the athletes training means women’s volleyball team to design applied to high-intensity training women’s volleyball players, effectively reducing the incidence of sports injuries Outstanding Female Volleyball Players; improve physical and technical and tactical athletes.
