Strength training is always the important content of the physical training. Long-term sports training practice has shown that strength is the foundation of speed, endurance, flexibility, sensitive, and is the key of improve movement technology. Guarantee to prevent injuries, and Strength is the condition of improve sport level. Many scholars mentioned core strength can improve the sports ability, the effect and achievement. But often only to the phenomenon of simple description. Discusses the core strength training mechanism of the effects it is rare, the relevant core strength training of action and the movement whether accuracy has influence degree of stability is not clear. At present, reseachs about the sport education of Vietnam’s middle school is still being ignored. In Hanoi VietNam, most middle school sports training courses are track and field events, such as running, jumping, throwing carried out as the main subjects. This exercise can only part of the students physical training,it can’t make student’s physical quality and get completely development. The more effective training methods to improve the middle school students physical quality are very valuable.This article with Hanoi VietNam Ngo Si Lien middle school’s3grade students as objects, formulate a set of middle school students core strength training method, by comparing the training methods and normal physical education class exercises on the stability of body action role. Through the lower limbs test accuracy, the trunk back action accuracy testing, torso moving accuracy for the test, from different angle evaluate core strength training group and normal physical education group, watching the effect before and after practice, by using statistical analysis get the following conclusions:1.18weeks of core strength training had significantly increased the action and boy control ability of Vietnam middle school students, by effectively improve the performance in the body movement accuracy and movement stability, compared with the general physical education, from different angles improve the student’s physical quality 2. The middle school students core strength training course need a long time to reach certain effect, in each Lime45minutes,3times a week of physical education situation, we need18weeks core strength training to make significantly affect to Vietnam middle school students’ movement accurate and stability...
