Sports as an important part of education, has a great influence on the development of people, no sports education is not complete education.Now vigorously promote quality education in China, however, the sports quality education in quality education for the guidelines, developing people’s sports quality education, so it conforms to the trend of development.Sports quality education is aimed at all kinds of sports activities on the influence of the people and put forward a kind of improve the literacy education thought and method, it is mainly based on physical knowledge education, and sports skill, with emphasis on the education,moral education for the soul, personality education as the key sports and sports awareness education for power, education, sports behavior as the target of a kind of education. This article mainly USES the literature material, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics methods such as six in Beijing urban area survey of 12 school teachers and students.Mainly for students of sports theory of knowledge to master degree, the involvement of the student movement, teachers’ teaching methods, teaching content, the strength of the class, the school to carry out the situation of the sports, school sports publicity, school teachers and facilities,parents support for sports, social impact of intellectual education,physical education consciousness and sports skills education, personality education, behavior education, moral education and so on six aspects of investigation and study, analysis of present situation of urban sports literacy education in junior high school students in Beijing.In this paper, combining with research situation, the following conclusions: students mastery of the knowledge of sports theory is better,undertake to the student teacher is mainly in the rainy weather exercise common sense, a professor of influence students don’t know about sports knowledge is the main reason of the students themselves not value and not interested. School of sports publicity is small, some students think that teachers do not encourage students to actively participate in physical exercise, and teacher professor is not good, the school is not value,learning task heavy influence of the main causes of students physical exercise. Student’s technical project learning way is unitary, mainly inthe regular class, the teacher to student’s exercise requirements is low.Low degree of students after school to participate in sports, parents often do not take students to participate in sports. Teachers for the training of students’ innovative spirit, school activities. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the above problems,for Beijing city junior high school students provides the theory basis for the development of the sports quality education.
