Research On Quality Guarantee Of Postgraduates' Physical Education In General Colleges And Universities

Sports education of master graduate students as an expansion of education after undergraduate education, which undertakes the important task of conveying talents to the nation and plays a vital role to promote the development of socialist economy. In order to ensure the quality of sports education of postgraduate and meet the requirement of the current social and economic development, the education administrative departments and relevant education institutions gradually realize the importance to improve the quality of postgraduate sports education. So the researches to guarantee the postgraduate sports education quality become the attention and focus of relevant fields and commissions, so as to carry on positive deep researches and studies, and formulate relevant policies.At first, in this paper, the method of logical analysis and literature analysis was carried out as a theoretical analysis to support master graduate students sports education, followed by using the method of experts interview and questionnaire survey. After the investigation and researches to the sports curriculum of Shandong University, Capital Normal University, Hebei Normal University and Qufu Normal University, the results show that: 1. The Sports courses to the master graduate students in these four universities are determined according to the school overall development, which has a very strong pertinence. 2. While opening these courses,these four universities build a well sports culture atmosphere, and the sports projects are suitable for students. 3. After the interview and survey, we found that graduate student has a positive response to the opening of the optional sports courses. 4. In order to guarantee the quality of the postgraduate sports education, the four universities had greater investment in terms of material and financial resources. 5. In the process of sports teaching and relative to the teaching of undergraduate course,the teaching requirement and system to master graduate student are more reasonable and strict.This paper, based on the literature analysis and questionnaire survey, points out that the investment to the opening of the sports courses, such as manpower, materialresources, financial resources and cultural aspects, plays a key role to guarantee the quality of the postgraduate sports courses, and put forward the following Suggestions:Based on theory and analysis, the theoretical basis and by mathematical statistics,(1)each departments of a university should be combined with the related regulations,establish and improve the security policy and system;(2) the set of physical education of postgraduate courses should be further improve, and continuously innovation and reform should be achieved according to actual situation;(3) sports education curriculum evaluation standard system of postgraduate students and health monitoring system should be made;(4) strengthening the understanding of sports common sense and guidance of sports skills;(5) continuously improve the material construction of sports venues.
