| Due to continuous enrollment in Colleges and Universities in China,the number of graduates each year has continued to move up.However,the domestic economy remains in the doldrums.These factors have exacerbated the pressure on employment of college students.College students belong to advanced group and take on lots of socials and family expectations.In the this background,self-employment has become a new way to solve the employment problem and realize values of life.Last year,the slogan of public entrepreneurship and innovationâ€had been put forward,a series of measures to encourage students to start their own businesses have been introduced from the central and local governments.However there are many problems among college students’ entrepreneur,such as poor entrepreneurial will,poor entrepreneurship,lower entrepreneurial rate.Therefore,this paper carried out the college students’ entrepreneur study through empirical analysis of entrepreneurship.Former studies have shown that external factors(family and social) as well as internal factors related to the students entrepreneurship,but the internal factors plays a more decisive role in the success of college students’ entrepreneuriship.This study focuses on individuals’ internal psychological capital to study its effect on students’ entrepreneurship.Previous studies have shown that psychological capital related to students’ entrepreneurial ability,but this research is still in its initial stage.Based on this,this study regard psychological capital as an independent variable,entrepreneurship as the dependent variable,and take the demographic variables into consideration.Firstly,the study reviewed the related literature of psychological capital and entrepreneurship,and had a clear definition of psychological capital and entrepreneurial capacity.Based on this,hypotheses and theoretical model were put forward.In order to test the study hypothesis and theoretical model.Secondly,the study used SPSS 22.0 to do descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis,correlation and regression analysis,independent sample T-test and ANOVA.Through data analysis,this paper tested the hypothesis and final conclusions and suggestions was put forward.Through empirical testing, specific conclusions are as follows:Firstly,there is a positive correlation between psychological capital and college students entrepreneurship, but there are difference impact between the task-oriented psychological capital and guanxi-oriented psychological capital.It has been partially supported that task-oriented psychological capital and guanxi-oriented psychological capital have positive correlation with entrepreneurship’s two dimensions.Finally,through individual variables’ s examination,we found that education have significant difference in the psychological capital and ability of business students.But individual gender and professional only has significant differences in the ability of business students. |
