Teacher cooperation is not only the invisible force to promote the effect of classroom teaching,but also the main path to achieve the professional development of teachers.It is also an important factor to promote the reform of school education.The professional learning community focuses on the active participation of members,emphasizes the deep cooperation among teachers,pays attention to the continuous improvement of cooperation group and advocates the empowerment of teachers;it provides a new approach and platform for teacher cooperation through building cooperation platforms,introducing multiple resources and improving rules and regulations.However,the current cooperation of teachers in China's professional learning community is not as good as it's supposed to be.In order to improve the present situation of teacher cooperation in professional learning community in China,this paper selects a middle school in Henan Province as a case.Using the methods of field visits and interviews to collect data to explore the middle school teachers' cooperation in the professional learning community,based on the analysis of analyzing the influencing factors of teacher cooperation in the professional learning community,it constructs the teachers' professional learning community cooperation model,and then puts forward some strategies to optimize domestic teachers' cooperation in professional learning community.First of all,based on exploring the specific forms and stages of teacher cooperation in the professional learning community,this paper expounds the basic principles that teachers should follow in the professional learning community and analyzes the value function of teacher cooperation in the professional learning community.Secondly,field investigation is carried out in F Middle School of Henan province,the data is collected by research methods of observation,interview and etc.This paper describes the actual situation of teacher cooperation in the middle school from the three aspects of platform construction,implementation process,management and evaluation,then briefly summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the teacher cooperation in the professional learning community of the middle school.Thirdly,deeply analyzes the promotion factors and hindering factors of teachers' cooperation in the learning community of F middle school.And on this basis to build the professional learning community of teachers cooperative model,and points out the common problems of teacher cooperation in the professional learningcommunity at present in China.Finally,combined with the above investigation and analysis,we can build an optimized professional learning community of teachers' cooperation of strategic framework from four aspects: building a solid platform for cooperation,creating a good cooperation situation,implementing effective management and using evaluation scientifically.
