This research takes the employment service of the graduates of private independent colleges as the research object,takes the M college as the research sample,and summarizes the problems and the reasons of the employment service as the main content.The aim of the study is to give some suggestions to solve the problem of employment service,so as to make intellectual contribution to the enrollment and employment decision-making of private independent colleges."Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood,and people's livelihood is the foundation of government work".The employment of university graduates is an important part of the overall employment problem,which is a sensitive issue concerned by the government and the society because of the high education level of the group.The Employment Service for college graduates is a complex and systematic project with complicated influencing factors.It depends on not only the support of government policies and financial projects,but also the good employment organization and management of colleges and universities,as well as the efforts of the graduates themselves.It is also inseparable from the social talent exchange market platform services,which is among the elements of the system of mutual promotion and mutual enhancement.In the context of the policy of diversification of the school-running system,private higher education has achieved rapid development and the enrollment scale has continued to expand.According to the data released by the Development Planning Department of the Ministry of Education in August 2019,17537000 students,62846000 students and 16316000 graduates were enrolled in private colleges and universities in China in 2017.The number has increased in 2018.The private colleges has enrolled 1839400 new students with the total enrollment reaching 6496000.The number of the graduate students has reached to 1662000.The number may be much higher,because of the number of college graduates who have left school either explicitly unemployed or potentially unemployed.Although independent college is a private college,the employment situation of graduates is more severe because of its private nature and the status of being admitted later.As the so-called "exports smooth,imports will smooth",the employment situation of graduates directly affects the enrollment,but also affects the learning status of students,and even further affects the social evaluation of independent colleges.Therefore,the study of independent college graduate employment service is not only an important part of the overall employment problem,but also a key link of independent college study.The establishment and working methods of the independent be controlled by the college,It is also generally carried out under the guidance of the parent schools.The employment service forms are relatively unitary and somewhat passive,this is not in line with the diversified needs based on its private nature and the diversity of students.Independent colleges should base themselves on the nature of running schools and the actual situation of students,improve the setup of employment service organizations and management departments,and optimize service items,to provide targeted and flexible employment services,truly become multi-party employment supply and Demand Information Interactive Employment Service Platform,become a strong organizer of Graduate Employment Services.This research takes Henan M Independent College as the case,mainly uses the literature research,the questionnaire survey and the interview research method,launches the research by the question-reason-countermeasure three-paragraph logic.It is concluded that there are some problems in M college,such as fragmentation of employment service provision,weak organization of school employment service,passive employment service of cooperators,etc.The main causes of these problems are the government's inadequate overall planning of employment services,the schools' thinking of attaching importance to enrollment rather than employment,the interest-oriented reduction of school-running costs,and the insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises.The author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the employment service for college students.At the macro level,the government should strengthen the systematicness of employment service provision,and at the micro level,schools should improve their employment service capacity in the areas of improving employment service institutions,providing employment service education throughout the whole process,and organizing employment service effectively,while strengthening the cooperation among school-running parties,colleges and parent schools,optimize the service function structure,in order to achieve the division of labor and responsibility,the formation of the resultant effect of service supply.
