| As a new thing which is in line with the trend of the popularization of higher education, independent college has effectively met the requirement of the people for higher education resources and accelerated the innovation of higher education system and mechanism of our country since the founding of the nation’s first independent college in 1999 which has undergone more than ten years of development. Up until May 2015, the independent colleges approved by the Ministry of Education are totally 275,of which there are two in Inner Mongolia. They are respectively Entrepreneurship Institute of Inner Mongolia University and Hongde College of Inner Mongolia Normal University. This paper takes the Entrepreneurship Institute of Inner Mongolia University as an example to study the employment problem of Inner Mongolia independent colleges. In this way, it not only of great theoretical significance to study the implementation theory of public policy and employment theory system, but also of great practical significance for economic development, sustainable development of independent colleges in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.This paper carries out analysis and research mainly from the following three aspects: the first part mainly study on the employment status of independent college students. Based on the definition of independent colleges and its development history,with Entrepreneurship Institute of Inner Mongolia University as an example and the graduates in the past three years as the survey subject,the paper carried out research on the employment rate,employment quality, status of employer satisfaction of employment; the development situation of the employment guidance work and its effect;moreover,it also researches on the status of entrepreneurship training and employment-related issues, such as entrepreneurship programs,the entrepreneurship plans for students and its implementation status. Then, it is compared to the parent school and other independent colleges in Inner Mongolia. The second part mainly puts forward the problem by combining with specific survey data and analyzes the reasons so as to to provide the basis and ideas for countermeasures. The third part puts forward the feasible countermeasures from the employment problems of independent college students so that independent college graduates can enhance employability and provide the basis for the development of independent colleges.In recent years, the research on the employment problem of college students is countless and fruitful. It has been only ten years since the new thing of as a higher education-the independent college as higher education mode in the context that the social forces have been involved in its development. The independent college is between colleges and universities and private colleges,so it has the unique advantages and disadvantages and independent college graduates have also encountered many special problems which also have their own characteristics. In terms of graduates employment of independent college, there is not much research being carried out and there is no system being formed. By combining with the features of the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and according to the characteristics of independent college students and the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the paper carries out research on one of the independent colleges in the autonomous region, so it is of innovative theoretical and practical significance. After the research, the paper fully grasp the employment situation of graduate students of Inner Mongolia independent college and comprehensive grasp demand of human resources of the current employment market and help the independent colleges to timely adjust the direction of personnel training and training mode, promote employment guidance to be carried out more smoothly. |
