The Research About The Way Of Promoting Employment Power Of L Independent College Students In Hebei Province

Independent colleges are a product of the combination of economic development to a certain extent and higher education to mass in our country, but with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities and the increase of college graduates every year, how to enable students to obtain employment of graduates and good employment has become a pressing matter of independent colleges at the moment, because this problem is the bottleneck restricting the further development of independent colleges. If independent colleges are to be truly independent, first the personnel training mode of the first and second tier colleges can’t be simply copied in the talent training plan, and we should dare to walk out of the shadow of copying the personnel training mode and form the cultivation characteristics suited to our talents.This paper takes the employment force’s analysis of the current situation about L school of Y University in Hebei province as a starting point, by using the methods of literature study, case analysis, interview, chart, and data analysis, and analyzing the process of personnel training, training results and the evaluation of the employing units and graduates, the advantages L college of Y University can use and promote the problems and the reasons of the problems are discussed in the paper. Finally, based on the analysis above and the results of the study, out comes a new thinking about how to reform the employment promotion of the independent colleges in Hebei province, hoping that the independent colleges in Hebei province will be able to further upgrade their own school characteristics, and cultivate more talents who can adapt to regional economic development and promote it to better serve the local economy.
