China is a multi-ethnic country, different national excellent traditional culture is the essence of Chinese culture. In the history of the development, ethnic folk music in the masses of the people in oral lips or is the master apprentice transmission spread, also contains and rich art and thought, honest people, thoughts and feelings sincere performance. Along with the development of society, music culture is also developing in the direction of pluralism, multi track and multi direction. In the current music education and solfeggio course as a basic and leading subject, is also shouldering the important task of the dissemination of traditional music culture. Learning solfeggio, can effectively enhance the students’ music appreciation and aesthetic ability, to improve students cultural connotation of music also has a crucial significance. Then how in solfeggio discipline correct treatment of Chinese and western music culture, how to improve the students’ interest in learning of traditional folk music, how to construct the system of multicultural music education, how folk music more effectively placed in music education in Colleges and universities, folk music in the forest of world art can be a long time in an invincible position, this is music educators need to study a new topic.Based on the analysis of the study of folk music, and the present situation of the domestic and foreign education of national music, the national music elements into the significance of Solfeggio teaching. This paper is based on the Solfeggio teaching, starting from the traditional folk music culture to show, through the improvement of teaching methods of solfeggio curriculum to improve and strengthen the university music education Solfeggio teaching system, from strengthen the Solfeggio teaching system, effectively promote the reform of Solfeggio teaching, define the teaching goal, teaching the content of comprehensively expounds how to construct the diversified structure of music teaching in solfeggio teaching, in order to enhance the music perception ability of students, improve students’ music quality, enhance the important role of students’ national consciousness and the sense of national pride and national music culture inheritance, so as to make the actual teaching of solfeggio to adapt to the music culture development direction.
