In order to adapt and meet the needs of social progress and the developments of students own demands the Chinese curriculum standard point out that Chinese education must be objective and content, and also need some methods for the reform of the system about teaching idea and approach to learning education purpose, all of the items need Chinese education’s reform must be carried out. And as the main position, the teaching of Chinese education classroom will serve as the primary teaching goal.Under the backgrounds of quality education and the new curriculum reform of Chinese education. The teachers and students of Yanbian No.2 Middle school founded the "Double Interactions and Four Unifications" paradigm on how to improve the efficiency of classrooms teaching and change the teaching methods. To achieve effective teaching methods has carried on the exploration and research. Though many years developments, the mode has made a great work, and the school’s influence is growing up during recent years after this situation."Double interactions and Four unifications" is a kind of efficient classroom teaching paradigm. It emphasis that teachers must work with students, and there are three independent variables in this teaching activities:teaching activities, teachers, student. Curriculum their relationship is subject also object. There are three teaching activities like:teaching means, teaching design, and extracurricular practice in the whole teaching process. They must be worked together, and to achieve effective teaching in frequent integration.Though the status survey of " Double Interactions and Four Unifications" teaching paradigm in the Yanbian No.2 Middle school, this article builds efficient teaching operational strategy with combining its own characteristics. This main survey include questionnaire investigations and interviews, combining class examples and data analysis. Concluded the efficiency of "Double Interactions and Four unifications" teaching paradigm in Yanbian No.2 Middle school analysing its existing problems become the reality basis of this paper.This paper will explore from the following five parts. The first chapter is going to introduce the research background and purpose, significance of this research status. The second chapter is going to introduce the theoretical foundation and curriculum requirements of ’Double Interactions and Four Unifications’teaching paradigm. The third chapter is going to make a survey about the present situation of’Double Interactions and Four Unifications" teaching paradigm in Yanbian No.2 Middle school, and to understand the interest of teachers and students of this teaching paradigm by knowing their basic situations. The fourth chapter is going to find out some problems of the teaching paradigm in Yanbian No.2 Middle school. The last chapter of this paper is going to put forward the strategic policy of teaching and learning for the problems in carry out "Double Interactions and Four Unifications" teaching paradigm on the theoretical and reality basis.
