To do some typical questions with certain difficulties is one element of teaching process. The transfered teaching theory, selected problems and effective teaching make the chemistry problems-solving classes one of the essential part in quality-oriented chemistry teaching. Combined the theory with practice, with S high school in Yanji as an example, this study makes a primary investigation for the current high school problems teaching&learning, analyses it from theory and practice, and provides the practical solutions.It consists of five parts:The first part mainly states the backgrounds, purpose and value of the study,its method and ideas, and the international current studies.The second part mainly states the relevant conception and theory basis by documentary.The third part contains the questionaire for the chemistry problems lessons teaching&learning in Yanji high school, and the results after classification, arrangement and analysis of the data.The fourth part concludes the main problems exists in Yanji high school chemistry problems lessons teachings&learning and their reasons.The fifth part makes simple conclusion and advice for the future. Based on the currency of the Yanji high school chemistry problems teaching&learning, to improve the efficiency and quality of chemistry teaching&learning, these are some strategic advices:improving the quality from both teaching and learning by teachers’ adequate controls and students’ automatic learning and freely solving. the teachers should inhance the base of knowledge, improve the theory and emotion as well as attitude to control the class. As to the students, they should learn how to study and solve problems by understand knowledge base, characters of materials, thingking highly of practicing, learning methods, repeating to solve the good problems, widen the margin of knowledge.At last, it presents the innovance and introspection of this study. With the importance and perseverance, The research on the teaching of chemistry exercises should be done by the broad participation and efforts of the chemistry educators. It is the hope that this study could be helpful for someone who also studies in the same area with some valuable reference.
