University management informationization is the important direction of future University management in our country, is the important content of modernization of education. In this paper, based on system dynamics and entropy value method, combing system internal resources and external environment, the connection between each element, explores the driving mechanism for the sustainable development of management information, analysis of sustainable development of university management information system construction, explore the more efficient and sustainable development of the system of colleges and universities management approach.Firstly, from the Angle of systematics, define management informatization and its characteristics, on the basis of education management information content, the thorough research current situation and problems of informatization of education management in Guangxi, the empirical analysis, combining with the consulting experts, external environment and internal resources analysis, complete research reports, to explore the influence factors on the system.Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the status quo, defining the boundary of Guangxi education management information system, and through the feedback relationship between each factor to establish system causality diagram, draw the system dynamics and flow chart, analyze the system structure, set up.the system dynamics modelFinally, using vensim PLE software simulation, verify whether achieve the expected results, modified and improve model, combine with the actual situation of Guangxi, starting from the key elements of the system, puts forward development suggestions and strategy for university management information construction in Guangxi.
