| Purposes: To develop adolescents’ literacy evaluation system in physical education and health evaluation system, to analysize the deficiency of adolescents physical education and health literacy, and to strengthen the related department to understanding of adolescents physical education and health literacy, and to promote the comprehensive development of adolescent health and lay a foundation for their life long physical exercise.Methods: The literature material method, Delphi method, the optimal sequence diagram method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method were used to construct an evaluation system about adolescents’ physical education and health literacy. The evaluation system was applied to investigate Suzhou adolescents’ physical education and health literacy.Results: 1.The index system, of adolescents physical education and health literacy, was constructed, including physical education and health skills, physical education and health knowledge, physical education and health behavior, and physical education and healthy character, having four first-level indicators; Mastering common sports injury treatment(bruises, sprains, etc.), mastering the methods of test the heart rate and pulse, with at least two sports skills such as 32 secondary indexes.2. The index weights of the evaluation system were determined, sports health character 0.2728, sports and health skills 0.2621, physical education and health behavior of 0.2538, 0.2121 sports and health knowledge, the weight of the character of sports and health is the largest.3.More than 50% of adolescents were able to master the physical education and health skills, more than 60% knew about sports and health knowledge, develop good sports and health behavior, more than 70% of the them were with good physical education and healthy character. The boys’ literacy was slightly higher than the girls.Conclusions: 1.The index system of sports and health literacy to adolescents was constructed for easy operation, including four first-level indicators, 32 secondary indicators, being applicable to the teenagers, and could be used to assess the physical education and health literacy of adolescents.2.From the specialist’s enthusiasm and authority level analysis, two rounds of expert consultation findings are reliability.3. Through the analytic hierarchy process obtain coefficient of each index weight, in four first-level indicators, education and health literacy moral weight relative important, and physical education teachers should focus on training in the usual teaching.4. Physical education and health literacy from Suzhou was higher, physical education and health character were the highest one. Physical education and health literacy level of the boys’ slightly higher than the girls, which mainly reflected the physical education and health, skills and behavior. |
